Today marks the end of my five-year relationship with Time Cleaners. The conclusion began with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon, notifying me that a pair of pants I had dropped off last year had been "magically" found. This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place. read more

I've been using Time cleaners for more than 5 years. 2 wks ago, I left a $350 suede leather jacket to be cleaned, I revised it with the guy prior I left it, because they have ruined a blazer once. Today, when I picked it up... the jacket has a fade color, different texture and was burned in one of the sleeves. He offered to pay me the half of the total price and I can keep the jacket - I asked for the full price and keeping the jacket. He didn't accept that, he said that they didn't do it and it came like that.... I mean.... I revised that with the other guy before leaving it. It's a 3 months jacket!!! At the end, he paid me back $200 which I was not happy at all and he either. I cannot find the jacket anymore cuz it is out of stock. The big problem is the fact that they treat you as a liar and they say that they didn't do it, that it was done somewhere else. read more

I just want to seriously brag! I took a white coat in at 3:30pm yesterday and they had it ready for me at 10am this morning. Let me explain the situation. I called about 10+ dry cleaners in The Woodlands that would not be able to do me this service but I was desperate because there was a big splash of salsa on this white coat. This is not a paid advertisement. I became a new customer 3 weeks ago. I have processed one order of five shirts and one order of 6 shirts & 1 dress. Three shirts of the six shirt order were food-stained and I was concerned that one of them was permanently discolored. Not so! All six shirts look excellent. The only challenge is with the collar of one button-down shirt that got 'flattened' between two other shirts. Next time I will ask for a collar stay and clip. Have brought shirts over for dry cleaning twice and have been extremely happy both times. Pricing is quite reasonable ($1.80/shirt) and both times my clothes have been ready in less than 24 hours. They over starched my uniform shirt to the point it felt like cardboard. Plus they pressed my shirt so there were wrinkles. Additionally, my uniform had lint and hair all over it. The only reason I gave two stars opposed to one is that they are open on Sunday and can do next day service. read more
