You get what you pay for…read more Old location was okay and the trainer I had was great. New location is smaller. I think there is less strength equipment. There used to be more cable machines and power racks. There are no fans or air flow in the cardio area and because it's on the second floor, seems to be really hot. I can't imagine what it will be like in the summer. Aside from the cardio/sauna area, the worst part is the change room. You're going to get to know your fellow gym members really well. The room is very small. Picture a small change room in your mind, and then divide by two. There are exactly 2 small benches in the men's change room; barely enough room for two people to sit, placing their stuff on the floor. The floor which always seems to be wet and dirty. If you don't need a change room, it probably makes a decent basic gym. Well, if you also don't want to do cardio, or like to do your cardio in extreme heat or maybe naked. Others have complained about trying to cancel, I guess I'll get to try that out.

I was hurt and I am upset who ever installed a chair in the shower that came right out of the wall and I flew off naked and hit my head against the back of the wall and all the tiles and the wall . I was in shock and on the shower floor . The staff had no towels to cover me up or a blanket . I left 1 hour later stressed out and a bad headache. It is one day later and I called the gym .......nobody called me to see how I was doing. My doctor examined me and My neck , right shoulder and lower back in real pain. I was sent for X-rays ! I am disappointed that this establishment did not test the shower chair . I was told it was safe . I have to lower my rate of 5 stars to 1 .
