Disclaimer: I have not worked out at this gym yet, but I did visit it once and have interacted with…read morethe manager as well. Opening date: 10/16/2017 From what I saw, it looks like this gym has potential. What I've found about this company thus far : 1. They appear to be all corporately owned. 2. All of them are 24/7 3. They will have 5 locations as of 10/15 and are opening another one soon. Pros: -24/7 (as mentioned above) -Access to all locations -Price appears to be reasonable at $49 month, no contract, no initiation fee but they will do the standard and take first and last month payment. -This location seems pretty nice. The upstairs appears to be your typical gym with some cardio machines, assisted weight machines, free weights and a studio. -The studio has 4 boxing/kickboxing bags and a good floor as well. -Within the $49/month, it includes all classes. -From what the manager told me, this specific location is planning to have all types of fitness classes (Kickboxing, yoga, bootcamp, etc) whereas some older locations only have limited classes. The classes won't start until December 1st though. -Now the basement area is where it's at if you're a hard core gym rat. A few more squat racks downstairs, a turf area, sled, kettle bells, and battle ropes. Basically the functional fitness area. Cons: -I can't really say anything bad, but I don't think they have or will have tires to flip, but it has pretty close to everything. -Only two personal change rooms. Verdict: TBD, but I'm pretty impressed. They seem much better than Planet Fitness, at least in concept.

Great gym if you're looking for a peaceful place to get a good workout in. Never overcrowded and…read more24/7 access. I enjoy the fact that I can go there on days that normal gyms are closed.

We were at wits end with our 8 month old sheepadoodle Ozzie. 8 weeks of puppy training at another…read moreplace did nothing. Our dog was constantly pulling on the leash while walking, my wife's arm was always sore. We are amazed at the progress, we just completed a novice class. We now have a well behaved dog on walks and have the tools we need to correct any new issues. Thanks for saving our mutt from the pound, Eric !

Hate leaving bad reviews, but... this class isn't worth the money…read more In short: Too much talk much and not enough practice. Very little learned. In details: Eric tells a lot of stories and then runs out of time to let us run thru the exercise to make sure everyone got the concept. He isn't very friendly or approachable. Yells at people when they do it wrong, but doesn't say what they are doing wrong. The training room is large, but there are 10-12 dogs in there, so it feels very crowded. The acoustics in the large space is terrible, hard to understand what he is saying for normal people, never mind older people or those that English isn't their 1st language. Ridiculous late policy, claims you can't be 5 minutes late, yet he talks so much and repeats the same thing so many times, doesn't really matter when you come in. But sure, it's nice when everyone is there on time. Doesn't allow any dog interaction, as such people aren't able to chat either, so you end up standing there for nearly 1 hour listening to him, do a bit of practice and back out the door. For 10 weeks of class, very few commands are learned. Recall class was very weak, not a major emphasis as advertised. This might be a personal preference, but some people might want to know. The training feel fear based, or as he might say respect based, not a positive type of training. Physical corrections are harsh. All in all, too expensive, little practice, too little learned, Eric is too harsh with people and dogs.

I have been coming to this facility since August after being recommended by a friend. Club Physio…read morePlus is inside the Ontario Racquet Club; it is tucked inside on the right and it is separate from the club itself. There are various physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractor and Chinese medicine specialist present. This Mississauga location I believe is their main location and they have another facility in Oakville. At the facility, the receptionists are friendly and very approachable. The physiotherapist I see, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very approachable as well. His expertise is great as he advised me on specialists to see and I feel that my condition is being taken care of. Due to his prior experience and general network of specialists he knows, I am confident that I am in good hands.

I purchased a knee brace at the expo and saw Russel just before the start. Talk about a Hail Mary fix! I was able to complete the race and the tape job on my knee is really helping with the recovery. I thought I would not be able to walk well for days but the support is allowing me to walk normally the very next day. Really appreciated the help!!
