It was very clean, well laid out and well decorated. The volunteers were friendly and helpful. I did purchase several necklaces at very reasonable prices. (Everything in the shop was reasonably priced.) They are open Monday to Saturday from 9.00am - 4.30pm. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Inside it is spread over two floors, downstairs they mainly sell clothes, ornaments, books, videos and toys. And upstairs they sell large items of furniture such as tables, wardrobes and sofas. I normally come in here to look at the toys as they have some nice second hand toys in here for toddlers. It is also nice and spacious and one of the only charity shops that you can get around easily with a pushchair.

It is cheap to get in and they have a raffle each week. I think the acoustic night is a good way to showcase the talent in the area and to encourage people who wouldn't normally perform live to get up and have a go. The club has an open mic night every Thursday and every third Thursday they hold a showcase and buffet night where local performers or bands from further away play 50 minute sets.

There is lots of jewelry and some greeting cards, and gift type things. What I really love is the little chandeliers that hang by the stairs on display, and the huge selection of fun scarves. There are lots of pillows upstairs that deserve a good look. Some are just beautiful. I can spend hours in this shop. The staff tend to be stand-offish, although not really unfriendly. I've been frequenting this shop for over a year and have not yet had someone ask to help.
