I called concord family medicine and they said there was nothing they could do. This is not the case. I called my insurance company and asked them what they needed exactly. They said they needed to concord family medicine to call them. I called concord family medicine and they said there was still nothing they could do. Still attempting to work with them. My fiancé has seen Borrelli for years and until recently he didn't have problems with anyone other than the front desk ladies (who are always rude and have hung up on him and never help him). He has hypogonadism where he has severe depression and anxiety, always in a dreamlike mind state, weight gain, and other symptoms that majorly effect his lifestyle and quality of life due to low testosterone. From ages 20 to like 50 something should be anywhere from 47-240 (roughly not exact numbers) regardless, he is 22 and he had 18. So they did another blood test. The HIGHEST possible amount he has in his body is 121. Ie WHY HES GOING THROUGH ALL THESE HORRIBLE SYMPTOMS. Borrelli said he's fine and he's not gonna help him. My fiancé spoke with Bree in the lab and she set him up for another blood test. He took off work, drove all the way from Warsaw and was told de Borrelli will NOT test him again and he isn't going to help him or refer him to a specialist. The lack of passion for helping their patients in need awes me. Needless to say we're finding him a new pcp.

(I can judge physicians fairly well because I was in the healthcare business for 30 years--so I recognize "the good and the bad.") Dr. Tuttle stands out among the rest. He takes so much time to listen and seems to be in the practice of medicine because he genuinely wants to be of help to his patients. He has even developed a pricing plan for those of us who have very high deductibles and are paying without insurance. I highly recommend him for many reasons!

They had patience and took all the time necessary to answer questions or concerns. Laurie, one of the nurses was exceptional. She went out of her to assist me to the very end, walking up to the front desk to help me get all future appointments scheduled so I fully understood the next step. I have seen my new Dr around ten times and have scheduled a physical with him twice. in the two years that I have been with him he has not gotten up off his stool and provided me the service my insurance is paying for and i have yet to get a physical. I complained to him about pain in my neck and head and the response was thats weird. i complained about chest pains and instead of getting up to listen to my heart he scheduled me with a cardiologist. he has never checked my heart, lungs, feet because I'm diabetic, absolutely nothing. i finally after two years got up the courage to file an official complaint and what did they do transferred me to another location 35 min from my home and 45 min from my job and I have yet to hear anything from anyone in management from this facility or the head of the SB Clinic. either this Dr is a homophobe or he is just providing bad service to all his patients and insurance companies are getting taken to the cleaners and the SB Clinic is allowing it to happen. I would never reccomend anyone going to this facility or any location of the SB Clinic because they truly do not care about their patients.
