(I can judge physicians fairly well because I was in the healthcare business for 30 years--so I recognize "the good and the bad.") Dr. Tuttle stands out among the rest. He takes so much time to listen and seems to be in the practice of medicine because he genuinely wants to be of help to his patients. He has even developed a pricing plan for those of us who have very high deductibles and are paying without insurance. I highly recommend him for many reasons!

They had patience and took all the time necessary to answer questions or concerns. Laurie, one of the nurses was exceptional. She went out of her to assist me to the very end, walking up to the front desk to help me get all future appointments scheduled so I fully understood the next step. My situation is rather complicated but the staff at this clinic made it so much more manageable. That you all so very much. I have already recommended you to others I know.

I've been going to this location of the Southbend Clinic for over 15 yrs. My Dr retired two years…read moreago and i got placed with another in the same facility. I have seen my new Dr around ten times and have scheduled a physical with him twice. in the two years that I have been with him he has not gotten up off his stool and provided me the service my insurance is paying for and i have yet to get a physical. I complained to him about pain in my neck and head and the response was thats weird. i complained about chest pains and instead of getting up to listen to my heart he scheduled me with a cardiologist. he has never checked my heart, lungs, feet because I'm diabetic, absolutely nothing. i finally after two years got up the courage to file an official complaint and what did they do transferred me to another location 35 min from my home and 45 min from my job and I have yet to hear anything from anyone in management from this facility or the head of the SB Clinic. either this Dr is a homophobe or he is just providing bad service to all his patients and insurance companies are getting taken to the cleaners and the SB Clinic is allowing it to happen. I would never reccomend anyone going to this facility or any location of the SB Clinic because they truly do not care about their patients.

They have no formal medical training, so when you think you are taking sound advice from the doctors nurse you aren't. They have no problem makes snide comments or voicing their opinions. I might as well ask the homeless man on the corner for information. Or better yet a magic eight ball. I will never step into this crappy excuse for a medical facility ever again. This took all of three or four minutes. When I questioned the billing was told that it was also because he is AD, although his condition was stable with no ongoing concerns.

Wait times in the office usually long. Office employees (and Doctor) have "dropped the ball"…read moreseveral times on returning calls on very important issues, and relating test results to us. Called the Dr. office regarding a situation we had seen him before two weeks ago, A very sensitive and urgent issue. We were told that the Dr. Berger was out of the office and they were not allowed to call him. Did not offer to call the on-call Dr. Phone nurse often gets interrupted when sending a patient's message to the doctor and does not complete the message, so the doctor never gets it. Frustrated many times!!
