I refer countless clients of mine to this facility, as well as friends of mine. As a behavior analyst for children on the autism spectrum, I highly recommend the quick, yet absolute quality care that my family receives, as that is what I want my own clients to receive medically. I have never had a bad provider from this location. One provider specifically, I ALWAYS hope to get is Dr. McBride. Hearing he no longer works at the clinic is absolutely disheartening. The compassionate care he provides to my family, in some of my most vulnerable moments, is priceless. This facility has lost the best provider I have ever of having the privilege to be treated by. Maintaining quality care should be a top priority of health care systems, and I am confident that unfortunately, this facility will suffer due to this disservice to the community.

Five minutes of web research disclosed dozens of others whose drug screening missed the Butrans, and a study by the US NIH stating that only 44.7% tests were correct! Now I've found that reviews of his practice are 5 to 1 against him, most finding him arrogant, without compassion, and indifferent. I'd have to add ignorant to the other descriptive terms now that he's ejected me to the curb, to face opioid withdrawal cold turkey, after decades of opioid prescriptions. I, as several others that I know of, had to go to the ER after 'treatment' by him, spent almost a week there, and he refused to visit, right across the street from his office. I later learned that he has NO affiliations & no authorization with that hospital, which is counter to his information posted on many of the reference pages where he is listed. They didnt believe me. I had Anthem call Dr. Mahon's office and tell them that the visit would be covered 100%, and they still told Anthem that they didn't believe them. They told me that if insurance paid the bill, they would reimburse us. Insurance paid 100% of the bill 6 weeks ago, and still no refund. Now I'm being forced to call them and deal with these rude and inconsiderate people. It really is too bad that Dr. Mahon is great at what he does, but has a staff that pushes people away.
