We have used Yofah for both our daughters' Bat Mitzvahs. The kippahs we received were of high quality and looked really nice. They worked with us to have a cost effective solution because we had to change the date of our daughter's Bat Mitzvah due to the pandemic and they arranged to make modifications of the imprint so that we didn't have to buy totally new kippahs. Ordered kippot for a Bar Mitzvah.....all arrived in a wrinkled mess. They offered no help or apology after I complained and just said "get them steamed". Since I only had a few days until the ceremony I had to spend $200 getting them steamed! Very poor customer service and the product itself was poorly put together.......looked like a bad rush job just to get the order out. Would NEVER order from this company again! read more
