I appreciate that it delves into different topics despite its small space such as food and related accessories, drink accessories (ex: corkscrews/drinking glasses), clothes and home design. Nine times out of ten I can get a gift for a friend from here that is unique. There are items there that are made by Brooklyn/nyc artists. But depending on when you visit, there are not too many things that are NYC/Brooklyn themed (there was an ash tray, a puzzle sets, magnets, & keychains when I visited off the top of my head). To my knowledge, there is not a website that shows all they have available without visiting but I would recommend looking at their Instagram to see what new things they have plus to see what events they are holding. It is relatively cramped even when you are one of two people perusing the store. Every time I visit, there are new items to look at. This of course means that some items you may have seen previously are gone. But they do have items that you are sure to see when you visit such as Breukelen Rub spices, Mike's hot honey and the street sign magnets that I love (I have multiple). If I am looking for a gift for a friend and I wanted a twist, I would come looking here. Is there a guarantee that I will find what I want? Not necessarily but I will have fun trying

On top of all that I was pleasantly surprised to have found a community of creative thinkers and organizers who regularly host events inside the space which give a platform to the incredible talent that this neighborhood has fostered over the years! The coffee shop in the back is small, but offers up teas (iced and hot) and snacks like croissants, cookies and brownies. The patio in the back is the real winner. You can get a coffee and a treat and sit in the back and just enjoy the beautiful greenery. You don't even feel like you're in the city anymore, this yard transports you to a different place and time. The people are so friendly, so customer service is also nice. I haven't been here for an event but I'm told they host yoga, chess game nights and Gay Ridge events. I plan on checking those out soon. For an afternoon espresso, brownie, and nice outdoor space, this hits the spot.

They have a much better selection!!! Also they have little gifties! Plates, napkins etc for birthday parties, like Hello Kitty !! My personal fave ;) They sell candles, incense, books and some funny gag gifts like gum with funny sayings or pins that say Brooklyn Princess.. In fact, I recently discovered the shop itself as they hosted an outdoor vinyl sale, inviting other local vendors and collectors to sell directly outside their shop. It was a fantastic event under any circumstances, but in these days in particular felt like an inspired and ideal way to celebrate and embrace a communal NY spirit. I walked away with a nice mug for myself, a couple of surprise early holidays gifts off my list and, of course, some interesting new and used vinyl. And perhaps more importantly, a great day, and a fine new gift buying go-to!

This adorable storefront contains art of all mediums -- accessories, garments, teas, pottery, and more. Whimsical NYC fruit magnets? Check. Stickers of Druid woodland cats? Absolutely. The PERFECT holiday cards for friends and loved ones? Yup. And it's surprisingly affordable -- there were some incredible prints in (so glad to see the artists' names were clearly labeled!) for $15-$20. There's so much local love here and so much awesome AAPI creative energy. I know I'll be back. Thank you to Anthony, who was so sweet (and rocking one of their great mushroom shirts) while I spent approximately a million years browsing the shop. A local gem!

I love this store…read more I visited this wonderful store a few months ago. The female employee, who was seated by the front door, was sweet and incredibly welcoming. It's a tiny shop but it's jam packed full of all sorts of interesting novelty and artisanal products. Some of the things I saw were beautiful hand made pottery, jewelry, key chains, stickers, paper products such as postcards, and zines. There were a few handbags and clothing on a rack outside the shop as well. I believe the inventory changes every few months. I can't wait to go back to see what new products they'll have available.
