The equipment is old but is still in working condition and in good shape considering it's all been used all day every day its what you'd expect from any other gym. I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and have only had good experiences! This facility and staff are a lot better in many ways compared to the bigger named gyms that i have been to in the area.

You go to clean off any equipment and a rust like color comes off on the towel -- barbells and dumbbells included. Just using weights there makes you feel gross because of how much filth and neglect they've experienced. There's a pool and a hot tub but I've never used them. Given the state of everything else, I couldn't trust it. Mirrors are cracked all over the gym, the ceiling leaks in several spots. For what you are asked to pay and what you get in return -- this place isn't worth it. CNY doesn't have a shortage of quality gyms. Champions misses the mark by a mile.
