I highly recommend these courses to anyone who enjoys yoga - they are great!
Each course starts with a few minutes of relaxation and then into the asanas. The sun salutations and asanas are always varied, so it never becomes routine and all muscle groups are worked. Also Stephan works well with all levels of ability and makes sure that the course is challenging without being overdone. In each course after the asanas there is a lengthy deep relaxation, which is always great.
After the course I am always totally relaxed and energized, but without fail the next two days I am head to toe with sore muscles, so I know that I got a great workout.
The only downfall is that it is a small studio, so there are only 2 beginners and 2 intermediate level courses per week. read more
