Really nice place with professional and courteous staff. Very clean and well appointed. I am a painful yoga beginner and have now been to a couple of classes here. Always felt comfortable in the classes and enjoyed my "intro" to yoga. My wife gave me ten sessions as a gift and I (originally completely anti-yoga) plan on using them and hope to continue with yoga fairly regularly. Happy I started out at this place to get such a welcoming introduction to it. Classes tend to be quite full which just shows me that they are doing something right here. read more
