The class was pretty full and it probably got up to as high as 105 degrees inside. Each area has their own personal heater that has different heat levels which is nice. At the end of the class, the instructor provided cold eucalyptus towels. This was so relaxing and after sweating so much, it was much needed. I never sweat so much in my life but it was super fun. We explained we wanted a more sound bath feel for deep meditation. Unfortunately, the instructor had us stretch a bit and played music that was overbearing for the bowls. The last few minutes she played only the bowls which was amazing. I wish she only played the bowls for 60min. The studio is nice and clean. You can rents mats which is nice. We also got there about late and it wasn't an issue.

I felt a lot more grounded the week I attended the sound healing. She also knows how to instruct people into difficult poses. She eases the student into difficult poses at the level they are capable of, so they can evolve into the pose without injuring themselves. Her graceful teaching style definitely shows her years of experience and wisdom . Yoga Hale is a cozy beautiful home environment that I really enjoy and gotten a lot of healing from. Quick easy process to sign up and sign waiver online. When I arrived, Chantel, the teacher greeted me at the entrance and checked me in. It didn't look like the information was received on her end, but it was again, a quick easy process. After paperwork and payment, she guided me back to the studio. It appeared to be a maze through another studio with curtains surrounding the workout floor and through another with a curtain. This was a smaller studio with about 8 infrared heating elements around the perimeter. There were only three students, including me. Chantel is in incredible shape and she led her class in a way that resembles that. Although I've taken hot yoga classes before within this lineage, she strayed a bit from the normal routine and it pressed me to work harder than I had in the past. Luckily, I survived! She very much tailored the class to the participants, which was very cool. This is a really cool studio with multiple areas for exercise and even a tatoo shop in the back! I am so happy I did the private lessons. I now feel confident going to group yoga classes, and know what the instructor is talking about. I see a lot of people looking around trying to figure out what they are suppose to be doing, but not me! I know the correct posture for each position, as well as what the main poses are called. I am also getting pretty good at doing the sun salutations. I am so happy Lindsay showed them to me over and over again in slow motion, because I actually know how to do it (most of the class struggles with them).
