NAMASTE! Beautiful, and newly build studio in a great location. The atmosphere is exceptional, and the yoga room is next level! FIRST CLASS IS FREE. Family owned, I met the owner Jarrod, he went above and beyond to make my last minute...free... first ever class... exceptional like he had been born to make my day. The owner is as kind, humble, and genuine as they come. People have been recommending this studio to me and I finally found out why. As far as classes, I love that they offer a 'Restorative' class that many other studios overlook. If you're really stressed out, sore, lower back pain, upper middle back and shoulder and/or neck tightness. Give the 'Restorative' class a try. It's also not super hot in that class. I talked to everyone a little longer after class, and I've hear from friends they have really good vinyasa flow too. I do a TON of yoga, and my first experience at this studio was genuinely exceptional. The owner made such a difference in my Sunday for the better. That's why you're reading such a long review. What a great addition to Laguna Niguel! I regularly attend a different YogaSix location but have come to Laguna Niguel a few times now for the variety of their classes. They also have an extremely large studio room! Weekend classes I've attended have been pleasantly full and for weekday morning classes, I've had the opportunity to spread out. The studio is relatively new, and you can tell - everything is still pristine and very clean. My favourite classes are the restore classes, but they have other yoga (hot, slow flow, etc.) as well. They regularly have partners in the lobby (such as Rauch), so they're a great community player. Highly recommend! 2024: 55/100 read more

I think this yoga-thing is working!! I was an avid runner from my teens through my early 40's, but finally gave it because I was tired of fighting knee, hip, and sciatic pain. I never used to think of yoga as true "exercise," but these classes kick my butt!! I feel stronger and more flexible, and I'm feeling so much more fit!! I love this studio; they have lots of different classes -- hot, slow-flow, power-flow -- and all the instructors are excellent! The studio is super clean and fresh-smelling. Yay! I found my jam. Never really did much except for in front of the TV. I run way too much on a normal basis and this has helped a ton with mobility and muscle imbalances. As someone who has practiced yoga at many studios over the past decade, my experience with this studio has been.... bizarre to say the least. We did the week trial or whatever --- and let me tell you, this isn't a "yoga studio" it's a corporate fitness "studio" using yoga postures. A couple of the instructors were okay but I value the spiritual aspects of yoga--to strip all of that away on a money making venture is a little... icky. There are cameras INSIDE the studio ..... never have I ever seen this. The heat is super minimal. Instructors were wearing mic's. Ohhh wait duh the absolute BEST part is that they've called AND texted me SOOO many times, it was daily sometimes twice daily. A text message followed by an immediate phone call/voicemail. I asked to not be contacted but apparently they don't care because their hard pressure selling is more important. I guess this is the Xponential Fitness *model* since I know Club Pilates does the same thing . So any way, if this is someone's first intro to yoga, it might be okay to get your toes wet.... or if you're uncomfortable with the religious aspects of the practice of yoga, this might be a good place for you. However there are SO many local privately owned studios who actually care about their community, respect the true spirit of yoga & treat their clients as more than just a number to hard close on a membership for MeTrIcS. Yoga6 naturally also costs WAY more than local competitors but no showers or amenities~~the egooooo. I'm annoyed lol. Namaste. read more

My yoga journey started from here. It has been less than a year but I have never thought I would enjoy yoga this much. I used to enjoy more strength training, so Sculpt class is my favorite one. It is mixed of Yoga, weight training and cardio. Hot and Power classes are at higher heated room if you like higher heat setting. Some people enjoy the restore class if you like to get more relaxed with lower heated setting (room is still warm). Studio is new and roomy. Danielle, Bella and Asha are my favorites instructors. The owner Jarrod is always welcoming and friendly. They have cold towels after the class. Late afternoon classes tend to get busy but weekday morning classes have less crowds and these times are my favorite if I can make it. At the end of the each class, there is a time of relaxation called Shavasana, with the light turned off for few minutes. It is so relaxing and meditating. Plenty parking. Everyone is treated as part of the YogaSix family, whether it's your first day, you've been a member since day 1, or if you're just trying out a class. It's been many, many years ago since I last took a yoga class and thanks to YogaSix, I am back at it! The location is excellent and there's plenty of parking. I can even make a quick run to Sprouts after class! The yoga space is big and I love that so far I've been able to reserve a class even for a last minute sign up. The sound system is amazing and love I can clearly hear our instructor even by the back wall (my favorite spot ). The Restore classes are my favorite so far as it's helped me ease back into the practice and it's truly helping me regain flexibility and ease achy joints in the most gentle ways. I find it meditative too and I find myself so relaxed and restored at the end of class! Most classes I took have been with Amanda and she's amazing! The other instructors have been wonderful too! Echoing another review - buyer beware - they will charge you for another month when you decide to cancel your membership justifying it as common in the industry to have a policy that requires 30 days notice for cancellation. This has never been my experience with any gym, Pilates, or yoga studio. They are no longer providing services but somehow think it is reasonable to keep charging you. Also, if you need to suspend your membership due to an injury, you will be charged $15 for every 30 days it needs to be suspended. Again, you are being required to pay to not obtain the benefit of the classes. For comparison, I informed my Pilates studio of my injury and they paused my membership without issue or additional charge. YogaSix's policies are shortsighted and not customer or community focused. If my membership had been suspended without issue while my broken toe healed, I would have continued here for years to come. read more

I am so happy my yoga practice is where I found my body and mind becoming healthier here at yoga six!! The girls are very kind and sweet, helpful and encouraging to find my way slowly and safely to where less discomfort is achieved. About two months after I started, the tingly sensations I felt in the beginning through my legs and arms slowly going away. Unless you like hot yoga, steer clear. All the classes might as well be hot yoga, instructors are inconsistent, music often so loud you can't hear the instructor. Cancellation policy is ridiculous. I canceled giving 25 days notice but because they require 30 days they charged me an additional full month. Not just the number of days (5) up to the 30 day notice. Rip off. I have been a member of Yoga Six since it opened in Laguna Niguel a few months ago. My only form of exercise had been walking and occasionally doing light weights at home. I knew I needed to do more to strengthen my body, and knew that yoga was good for this. I attend classes at least 3 times a week and I feel myself getting stronger and stronger and I am more toned.
