Quite a few hardbodied gents in the class, which is always a welcome motivation boost. I found the class testing my limits, which was also welcome. The studio is gorgeous and has a tea nook. The actual practice rooms are located in an annex outside. The yoga room was spacious with mat and towels provided. Don't forget your complimentary coconut water with Yelp check-in!

I loved this AHY from the moment I spotted their hot pink sign from the path. Nice instructors for beginners as well as seasoned yogis! I would definitely recommend it!!!

There three different locations within Amsterdam (and one opening soon in The Hague) and as a new student you can take an introduction card of 10 classes for E50,-. I've been going to the Clerquestraat to follow the Mysore classes in the morning. This studio has a tranquil, hoomy vibe, with high ceilings, wooden floors and candles spread through the studio. The dressing room and showers are clean and nicely designed with organic toiletries provided. After the morning classes there's the option to have breakfast (you should order this before you start your class), with one out of three kinds of breakfast every morning. The classes are pretty full, but this didn't affect the teacher, she still managed to guide and adjust me when needed. All in all I really enjoyed coming here and I will definitely come back whenever in Amsterdam.
