After staying here, but not sleeping, sadly, I read all the reviews on the way home...I just wish I'd read them earlier. There's a number of things physically that could be better, being able to control the temperature in your room or even being told that you couldn't would have been at the top of the list. However, I'm not sure these folks even understand that they are in the hospitality business. The "I just work here" comments are epic. Sad really. Our room was baking, I used my sweatshirt as a pillow because the pillows were about 8" tall, coffee machine in the bathroom (eww), etc. Tried opening the window/door to outside patio, but was startled a handful of times in the middle of the night by loud bangs, crashing so sweat it out in the sauna inside our room. Our room also looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website, not even close. Even after the worst experience, a simple I'm sorry, I'll take your concerns to the manager would have been better than an "I just work here". First and last stay for me. read more

Been coming here for 10 years. Every year for the Santa train ride. My family, kids, and grandchildren. After the train we exchange gifts (quietly) and have hot chocolate by the pool after it closes. No rowdiness, not disturbing anyone. Tonight we were asked to leave, and told there wasn't any area we could hang out outside of our rooms after 10 pm, unless we went to the bar. Talked to the general manager, tried to reason with her but she was extremely stern and combative. After paying $221 for a single room, that we booked 3 months ago, that was $179 last year. Talk about inflation! Plus take away the Christmas fun for all of us in 4 rooms. What a disappointment! I'll never stay here again. Born and raised in this area I'm disappointed that the small town friendliness is gone. Do not recommend this place to anyone any more. To be fair, I did drive past scarier looking hotels so this may actually be it. If that is the case, do not come to this town. On top of the hotel, avoid the restaurant, my medium rare ribeye was more done than the leather on the sole of my shoes. My server was amazing and very pleasant! Thank you Courtney! After 12 years of coming, going from $100 a night to $230, seeing the place get more and more rundown, the staff becoming less and less friendly. Tonight was the final straw my wife, two grandmothers and my two children were sitting around a table quietly talking after the Polar express ride. We had a gentleman named Douglas come up and tell us we had to leave. They had a bar we could go hang out in, but we could not stay in the common area. The general manager got involved and we got told to go back to our rooms. From completely disrespectful and rude, to threatening to make us check out right then and there at 10:30 at night... Again, four rooms were bought and paid for a family with two kids, a family with one child, and two grandmas over 65... Carissa was absolutely horrible to deal with! The customer service here is AWFUL! Not only is the staff rude and power hungry, but the hotel is DIRTY!! And we paid for 4 rooms at $225 EACH! We have been coming here for 12 years to go to the polar express train ride. We have always done a small gift exchange near the pool/common area. This was the very first year that the staff made sure that we were sent to our rooms by 10pm. Both the manager and the night clerk threatened to kick us out when we said she lied about "every hotel shutting down common area at 10pm for standard procedure. Every hotel does this". My sister in law manages multiple hotels. But because we said she lied we were told "I will just check you out now then and you can leave." No yelling or cussing from us whatsoever. Just genuinely confused as to why this was a new rule. But here it is, 10:30 at night during a snow storm being told we will need to leave due to us saying she lied. Save your money, this place is a rat hole with zero customer service. What a shame :( we used to enjoy coming here! read more

NO STAR RATING: After inspecting 4 separate rooms in search of a room with clean beds, 7/8 beds were dirty with lots of hair in the sheets! Unclear if the sheets were ever changed as they looked slept in with the cover pulled up. Desk help was rude and completely annoyed to be asked for a bed with clean sheets. Manager indicated to front desk help by phone that they were unable to provide anything other than what was presented, would not accommodate clean sheet request and I was told to leave. If you're looking for an outdated, overpriced, want to be destination hotel in central Montana this is your place. We sat in the bar spending our money waiting on our drinks so they could BS with employees that had recently gotten off. We used the ATM in the lobby which charged our ATM card 200.00 but didn't dispense the money. Some little smart mouth at the front desk refused to call someone in to resolve the issue even tho we informed him that we had to depart by 0800 their night auditor threatened to have us removed from the hotel for arguing the fact that the machine is in their Lobby and they receive a payment from the machine that it's their problem, sad as we had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant but we nor my wife's business interest will never spend another penny in this run down dump, oh and the pool they are known for closed for maintenance AGIAN!!!!! read more

This place is basically a dump. The rooms are shabby at best and the common areas are old, dirty, smelly and very outdated. The bathtub in our room will not drain and there's a slight sewer smell always present. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant is the only bright spot for this place (good food and service) and the reason I gave my rating two stars. I do not recommend staying here. read more

Worst experience at a restaurant in a long, long time. Vegetable of the day was corn and all five of us who got it agreed it was so salty that it was inedible. Both of their deep fryers were broken so no dishes that required their use were available. The salmon was dry and the sirloin was nearly as thin and about as good as shoe leather. The acting manager said she wasnt paid enough to deal with our complaints. Offered us a 10% discount and walked away. The Yogo inn the jewel of Montana. True indeed if here in the exact center of this state, a storehouse of spent cold-war-era carpets lovingly seamed with Gorilla tape is a gemstone. This place gets an extra star because describing the plethora of unsettling aromas became a strong desire. It required another night. The kitchen area across the main hallway from the 'restaurant' offered the senses a clash of damp mule deer with notes of crematorium. My first room begged to be reinstated as a smoking room to hide the 'dirty hippy and cured weasel quiche' emanations. The second room was a now strangely pleasant hot handball court made of Romano and bowling shoe that should have never been sniffed. In the courtyard the two still living trees screamed for the sweet release of a forest fire that would never come. In it's branches two sparrows wore respirators with damp mule deer and human smoke dual canisters as the kitchen exhaust fans pumped said courtyard full of that funk like a blown subwoofer in a Detroit dive bar. Beds were good but not for long so look elsewhere. If asylumic was a real word it describes the aura of the passageways begging for yet another coat of that lead paint. There were wet spots in odd places, human hairs in the likely locations. The one bright spot were the bathtubs that fill quickly by pulling the drain plug that I've never experienced before. The water was only lukewarm though if the light in there worked It may not have actually been gray in color and mildly scented with bar soap and speckled with leg hairs. I never investigated why the dining room was never occupied because dining bathed in the musky scent of mule deer without dining with an actual mule deer wasn't very appealing. I'm definitely going back in winter to see if the cooler weather reveals a different bouquet needing description. Update: still stinks the same described as above. Kinda disappointed. read more

We stayed recently for a family funeral a few town away. Initial impression was good. The facility appeared that it was being maintained, however it disparately needed to be updated. It is in an amazing location that is close to downtown, and across the street from a great brewery. Day two is where many issues started. First off, the bathtub does not drain properly and fills halfway during a shower. Maid service was requested around 9am when we left, however it was never done. Upon check-in we were told that the lounge closed at 11pm. We arrived at 10:10, however we were quickly told it was closed. I asked the bar tender what time they closed and she said 11pm, just like we were told at check-in. She then said that if there are no customers at 10, the bar closes early. Again this was at 10:10. Its not like we were going to order food or stay long. She did offer to sell us a whole bottle of liquor, however my wife an I only wanted one drink. I might add the whole facility smells like chlorine due to the indoor pool being set in the middle of the hotel without doors closing off the hallways. The pool was very well maintained, however it was extremely outdated. This seemed to be the theme of the whole stay. Last issue was food. This was the first hotel that I have stayed at that doesn't offer continental breakfast. In order to get food you must go to their sit down restaurant and pay for breakfast. Not that big of an issue, however they only have one server for the whole hotel. I felt bad because she ran her butt off trying to take orders, bus tables, and serve food. Would I stay at this hotel again. Probably not. There are numerous hotels in town that are far better, and are priced better. read more

DIRTY-DINGY-DATED Check-in was a total Fiasco! There were four checking stations only two were being used and there were five people behind the counter but only two people checking Guests In. Many people waiting in line to check in. I finally gave up waiting and went to the bar and have a drink. Came back out and the line had diminished and I got waited on in about 15 minutes. Got to my room and discovered they gave me a receipt with someone else's name on it but charged to my credit card five nights instead of two! Finally got it all straightened out. It appears that this hotel stopped making any improvements in the 80s. Carpeting was filthy and smelled. Same with the room. The hallways were dingy looking with really drab paint colors with scrapes and dents on the walls.. The rooms are a stark white with absolutely no color, pictures or any type of decoration. The toilet seat was broken. This hotel needs to be bulldozed and a new Hotel built! read more

I'd been to the Yogo Inn, many years ago. Back then, there was a good band in the lounge, decent food, a sweet gift shop, and nice, simple, clean rooms. It was the logical, sentimental choice to stay in Lewistown. Unsolicited advice: leave your memories alone. The Yogo Inn was overpriced, sad, and in rough shape. They sent us to what appeared to be an annex. No elevator was evident, so we lugged our stuff up to the second floor. The room itself was inspired by a pre-release center. When I opened the curtain (hoping the view would compensate), the window was crying: it had rained--condensation completely blocked my view (but not the potential for mold). The shower was an adventure--hot/cold/hot/cold. When I complained about this at checkout, the guy behind me chimed in that he had the same problem. After I left, I called a family member who sighed, then complained that she'd stopped at the Yogo Inn for a real Montana steak dinner, and was served an inedible "truck-delivered" mystery slab. Sad, when organic, family-ranched beef is sold down the street at Rising Trout (a great little haven!). As a Montana native, I am embarrassed for this once-nice hotel. No go, Yogo Inn. read more

The front desk person (Pat) was extremely rude to me. We had a pool side room (which we did not request) the room smelled horribly of chlorine and also smelled musty. I lit a Bath and Body works candle to help with the odor in the room. Pat called the room and yelled into the phone, and demanded that I report to the front desk. He did not tell me why. Well, I didn't get there fast enough due to the fact he was very rude, and he gave no explanation. He showed up at my room banging on the door yelling that he had security with him. He then told me that his "dogs" detected the candle smell 3 times while walking the halls. Wow, that's really cool that they have candling sniffing dogs employed by the hotel?!? He accused me of trying to cover up smoke. I don't even smoke, it was the stinky room that I was trying to cover up. My husband then invited him in the room, since he thought we were " smoking". He then declined to come in. He raised his voice at me before he knew that my husband was also there. I felt that he was he was trying to intimidate me. He also yelled at me, and said why didn't you come to the front desk when I told you. Anyway, he said it was illegal to burn a candle. We completely understand this now, and blew out the candle. We feel that this could have been handled by Pat in a more respectful way. We will not stay here again. We visit Lewistown several times a year to visit family. Another problem we encountered on our visit was in the bar. The night we arrived we heard several gentleman telling Paul that they were leaving the bar to go elsewhere because it was an unpleasant environment. Several days later we went into the bar to play slot machines In the evening. We were the only guests in the bar. The bartender never approached us see if we wanted to order drinks. I also won on the slots and wanted to cash out. I stood at the bar waiting for him to help me. He ignored me, to wipe the bar and count his tips. Again we were the only guests in the bar. I remember the same behavior from this bartender on my last visit. No wonder the bar has no people in it. It's too bad that the staff is not friendly or helpful. The Yogo Inn is in a great location, but I don't think we will stay here again. read more

I've had the misfortune of staying at the Yogo Inn 3 times on work trips. The rooms are dated, dingy, smell musty, and are less than well kept. The curtains have a vinyl backing and are so worn out and sun damaged they're full of holes. I was put in a room in a hallway full of loud high school athletes in town for a tournament. I could live with that but the place is shabby and run down. The second time I returned to my room in the middle of the day and found my key seeming to unlock the door but it wouldn't open. Then the door flew open and there had been a hotel maintenance employee in my room with the deadbolt engaged. He said he was fixing a window but you could see his indentation on the second bed - the guy was napping - or something - in an occupied guest room. GROSS!! The last time I stayed there I used my corporate credit card only at the hotel. At checkout the young lady at the desk said the card reader wasn't working properly and she took my card into the office and retuned with my receipt. I thought nothing of it till days later when my accounting department wanted to know why my card was being used for online purchases. I'm convinced it was copied by the clerk who walked into the office with it. I wouldn't waste your time or money at this property. read more

Despite having booked a room with a queen bed, all that was available was a full (at the same price, of course). I considered walking out and sleeping in my car. Stayed here for a week in Aug for work. The hotel is ok, nothing great. More along the lines of a Quality Inn. The indoor sauna wasn't working and their wireless signal is poor at best when it works. The main this is the price here. It is 90 bucks which is overpriced and that is if you go through calling them directly. IF YOU GO THROUGH EXPEDIA IT IS 120 bucks a night which is absolutely not worth it. CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO BOOK YOUR ROOM. EXPEDIA didn't have the new Super 8 when I booked this hotel but see they have it now and it is 75 bucks a night, suggest staying there. Rooms are clean and staff is nice. read more

Restaurant: Never again. All I have ever heard were wonderful things about this establishment. Reservations were made of a large (more than 10); they were never written down. We were suppose to be in a separate room where we could all be together; family ended up sitting at different tables. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. Lunch menu orders were going to be a an hour to an hour and a half wait. Food was cold. Ended up hitting the fast food place after words. Our server was a ball of fire *insert sarcasm* We asked for coffee and she rudely replied with 'I have a to go get it.' They automatically added a tip for a group of 6 or more. This hotel is a huge disappointment. The lobby and restaurant look pretty nice, but once you go to the rooms, it is very rundown. Our room smelled musty, and everything looked very outdated. I opened the curtains to find out my window opened into a hallway! We had a view of a brick wall. The bathroom was very tiny. There was barely room for the door to open. When I took a shower, the water changed from boiling hot to ice cold every 10 seconds or so. The TV had terrible reception, and the WIFI was spotty. We visited the bar, and after sitting for quite awhile at the table with no service, we went to the bar to order a couple of drinks. When they arrived, the waitress couldn't even set them on the table, because the table top was so buckled and wavy that it tipped the drinks over. They are charging $100+ a night for this. I understand there is a new owner, and they are making some major improvements (new roof, plumbing), but I wouldn't go back until they update those rooms. read more

As far as hotels go, the Yogo Inn is not my favorite. It's got a bizarre layout and the beds and rooms are oddly sized and are run down. That being said, it's the best option in Lewistown. What I will say is that the restaurant has really delicious food and exceptional service. We had a really good dinner there (I recommend the flank steak) and a wonderful breakfast buffet. I have no clue how this hotel has one star, let alone 3. This has to be the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Bath tub wouldn't drain, holes in the carpet and curtains, sink did turn on, air conditioning was set on 50, but only cooled the room to 77. All of this was given to the front desk, who gave us 20% off our bill and sent a maintenance man to our room...thank you! He put Drain-O in the tub, loosened the sink pull, and stuck his head out the back door(yes we had a patio, too bad it faces the restaurant, so if I wanted to sit outside in the morning with my coffee, I had to face a window of breakfast eaters.) And said , it (the air compressor) is running..nothing else I can do, and left. The TV was cable, where 1/4of the stations came in clear enough to watch and instead of keeping all the pets in one hallway, the were spread throughout the hotel, so now you had barking dogs to help you sleep! Then to top it all off, we needed an extra towel, yes just one towel for our showers in the morning. We called the front desk and asked for one and they told us they had no clean towels!!?? Over $100 a night I expect at least to have enough towels to clean my family of 4. Ridiculous! read more

The restaurant staff is very unprofessional and service is slow. The waiter actually spilled an entire cup of salad dressing in my purse and said he would be "right back" with a wet rag to help clean it up. However, after he walked away, we witnessed him printing other customer's checks and checking on tables while I sat with dressing all over. Once he returned he gave me a very dirty bar towel and expected me to clean up with it! I will definitely never return to this restaurant! Horrible Experience! I won't ever be back! First off I booked online, I even received an emailed confirmation. Got to the hotel & I was told there wasn't a room for me & the entire city was booked out ugh! I was in lewistown to scattered my dads ashes. So this was taking place on Father's Day & I had traveled all the way from Minnesota to accomplish my dads wishes so I had to drive over an hour to a different hotel & come back the next day as I had a room reserved for that day too. They assured me I had a room for Saturday. As I was checking in, I was told I would be on the 2nd floor But No elevator. I said then I need a ground level room. I've had 5 back surgeries due to spina bifida & in March had 2 surgeries on my foot. Noah told me there's nothing he can do & it's "policy" to not change rooms. I said I'm here right at check in. I'm sure it would be fine to move someone else to the second floor but he refused. I was livid. I could not carry my big bags up to my room & had to bring items up in grocery bags. I called and told Pat at the front desk that I really felt bad leaving the desk after check in, he told me, had he checked me in he would have accommodated my request. So policy or no policy. Pat told me he would talk to Noah. Which didn't help me get my stuff upstairs. So later I attempted to get into the hot tub as my legs were aching from having to do the steps repeatedly to get my things upstairs a little at a time. I slipped getting into their weird tiny blue plastic inset lukewarm hot tub with no jets that worked well. It's very outdated and gross so I got out. And really for 150$ a night it should be torn out and a proper hot tub installed. Attempted the pool which they claim is heated and it's ice cold. Even my 10 yr old boy couldn't handle it. So I went to take a bath and soak. Bathrooms are crappy. Bad paint jobs with paint all over the sinks and mirrors. Outdated old counters. As I was bathing my son was in the room and I couldn't hear anything cause the fan was loud as hell. Apparently my son told me someone came to the room and said something was leaking downstairs into the room below me. It was 9:30ish pm at this point. The drain trap in the bath was either broken or led to absolutely no where. Not my fault that their pipes are just as crappy as the rest of the hotel. They ended up coming back to our room 3 times till the woman said she just had to speak with me and waited outside my door while I got out of the bath and got dressed. awkward! I opened the door to talk and a man and a woman who was the owner. (I found out after the fact she was the owner, as neither one introduced themselves, I will say the man was trying to be in good spirits and seemed kind). They were asking if I was ok cause my bath must have over flowed. Nope I said no water on the floor at all so they walked by me into my room and went into the bathroom and started looking around. It was uncomfortable as I stood there with dripping went hair, no bra and jammies thrown on. They then told me my options were to just not use the bathroom the remainder of my stay or switch to a different room which was a king bed in the "premier" side of the hotel. Mind you these rooms are no more than 30$ more but I had a double Queen room for my son and I. I packed up all my things in a hurry it's past 10pm now. I wasn't in a great mood cause now I get to carry ALL my things with a little help from my son to the next room which was over on the other side of the hotel and back upstairs. Then we get into that room and the AC is squealing so loud I just told the woman to shut it off. Jesus. I was so upset by it all. We roasted all night even with the windows open. After all that I called the front desk and asked for a refund due to all the issues I had, it was terrible. The owner denied the refund as the bad pipes caused damage to the room below me?! Not my fault but seriously tacky. Never will I go back!! Rude and reporting this to the ADA. read more

Reserved a room for a wrestling tournament but the day before the coach said our daughter would not have a match. We immediately called the hotel and explained the issue. After hearing our issue, they decided to keep all our money. I'm sure they were able to double sell our room. I would tell all wrestling parents to stay here only as a last resort. The Yogo has a heated pool, large parking lot, bar and restaurant and a giant sign so you can't miss it as you come through town. It is expensive and I dont' believe you "get your money's worth' here but it continues to be the Hotel of Preferrence for many regular customers. The Yogo has been in business for many years now and there are many good employees who have come and gone and some have been lost over the change in ownership several times (three times this year) and truly, I am not lying when I say many employees have been mistreated beyond comprehension. I would say if you do stay or visit, be sure to fill out a comment card so they can hear over and over how to improve the place. I used to like the restaurant when it was What I called "the Denny's of Lewistown" now it's expensive, trying to be gourmet and well, last I heard that experiment was not going well and I was not impressed with the high prices and less food for your money. I really want to say good things but- the hotel needs help, the whole place needs help and well, they seem resistant to suggestions and have a reputation for basically "love it or leave it". It's expensive too but as long as there is a need for conferences and things and as long as the Yogo continues to put on banquets It will most likely stay in business. If it improves I will delete this but the Yogo is not a place I can recommend with a clear conscience at this point in time. The last time I ate there the Honey butter tasted and smelled really wierd and I was told "it was supposed to be that way". I never returned for breakfast that was in October 2010. I hope it gets better as they do have some very good cooks there so "Yogo" Pay attention to what your customers say and you will do well. read more

So two families went for the Polar Express train ride and spend the night at the Yogo. My wife had called months earlier to make reservations and ensure we had poolside rooms that connect. We again called two weeks prior to arrival and verified our rooms. We go to check in and are told they have one poolside room and one room across the hall. We had our reservations printed both stating poolside rooms. The girl working the front desk says we must have made reservations through Expedia and they have nothing to do with the hotel. What??? We called to make reservations. We didn't use Expedia. Very rude and unhelpful. She said we should have got there earlier if we wanted a poolside room. It was 2 in the afternoon! We have reservations! I could deal with the dated rooms if the staff was friendly. read more

Did the Thanksgiving Buffet on Nov. 26, 2015. The most disappointing meal for the price charged-$19.95 per adult. The food was lukewarm due to the butane warmers were out. There were only 4 other tables but we did not get offers for any other beverages-not even a refill on our water carafe. Also we never got our dirty dishes bussed-just were left stacked on our table. Needless to say the waitress was not tipped because she did not come over to our table at all after bringing our carafe of water but was very attentive to the other table she was serving. An interesting experience, but you may want to try a few other places in Lewistown than restaurant at the Yogo Inn. The wait staff seem to have little knowledge of the menu and drink options. Service for some tables is painfully slow. Also the portion sizes varied quite a bit at our table. Two of us ordered the chicken special and one looked like a kids plate. read more

Room was never vacuumed during my entire stay. 3 nights. Found a used and molding washcloth on top of the shower curtain. Toilet bolts were broke and it moved when sat on. Cover on the bed was disgusting with spills on it. You would think they would at least wipe the splashed coffee off the walls in the closet area. Didn't bother to replace the big towel i used after my shower but left me a wash cloth and hand towel. Dead bugs and dust all over the window sill and my last night it sounded like a dog pound with all the dogs barking in rooms near me. No exhaust in the bathroom. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. I worked as a maid and I would have been fired immediately if I left a room like that. read more

Our room #158 w/ 2 Qs was in the back, which I guess is a newer part of Yogo. We overpaid at $100/night (NO b'fast) with no discounts for senior or AAA . The exterior and interior of our section had fresh paint and new-ish carpet (but "budget" carpet). In this price range, I would expect some effort at decor in the hallway. Our room & bathroom were expansive in size, with ample surfaces to set our things. PROs: 2 sinks in the bathroom, Keurig coffee w/ 2 decafs & 2 regulars!, plenty of decent towels, a refrig & microwave, our night was quiet. CONS: shower is like a phone booth - might not suit larger bodies. I couldn't plug in both the refrig & the microwave at the same time, so had to plug & unplug from a socket that was missing its faceplate. Light in the room at night from the pool area. Linens & pillows reminded me of Goodwill cast-offs. A little tricky to use the card key to enter Exit D after parking. We inquired about a room at Super 8, but it was full. read more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Yogo Inn, in the heart of downtown Lewistown, MT. What a charming place, filled with authentic Montana ambiance, down to the bronze grizzly bear statues that greet you at the front entrance. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant lady from the front desk when I came through the front door. She was delightful, helpful and offered a well rounded guest experience. When I got to my room, I was in awe of what I found. A beautifully styled room, with complimenting décor and a renovated bathe with a glass shower. The shower even had a French drain with textured, white subway tiles. Not sure where they got their decorator, but it was straight out of a magazine. It made me feel like I was staying at a spa. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked with lovely Bath and Body Works toiletries. Loved it! The bed seemed brand new and I slept surprisingly well! The place was quiet and the room offered an extensive view of downtown Lewistown. I had breakfast in the dining room with a sweet waitress. She was very thoughtful and told me much about the hotels history. I ordered eggs over hard, bacon and French toast. All very much to my "foodie" liking. The waitress even brought me the extra strong coffee they brewed specially. I checked out the lounge the previous night and found the bartender to be very attentive. The bar had a great selection of beer, which is RARE for Montana. Thei hotel really has a lot to offer. I would highly recommend a stay here. I will be going back every year. Room was clean and comfortable, but very dark. Walls were paper thin and could hear TV in next room clear as day. The heat/air did not work and was a very old thermostat. Not worth the $99 rate considering the hot tub was closed for maintenance and there is no free breakfast. You do get a coupon for a free drink at their bar or 10% off breakfast, but we did not use either. read more

I don't know where to begin. The manager of this establishment threatened me. He held my property and damaged my phone after he escorted my off the property and threatened to have me "run" out of town by law enforcement. All of this after I had stay one evening (cost 114.00) and spent money in their dinner and breakfast restaurant (roughly spent 160.00 over 3 visits). As I was informed by staff my room bill had been paid in full (I assumed by a charitable party) a few hours later as I tried to check in again I was informed I had a balance due???? The staff their is beyond compassionate and accommodating which is unfortunate since the manager possess neither of these qualities. The room cost was $114.00, it cost me 229.00 to replace my phone! Buyer beware. The manager is a monster...bitter and close-mindedness-makes a person ugly. I can only image what others have endured by his judgement. A stay here could be at risk to your physical well being. I certainly felt threatened accordingly. read more
