We went through two different transfers both unsuccessful. The first treatment we spent well over 10k including the procedure fees, sperm, additional medication, test of the embryos, gas, hotel, and overall travel needs. The first attempt we transferred a 6AA embryo. My partners endometrial thickness was better than what is needed, her progesterone and estrogen levels were excellent, she took her medication faithfully and followed all post procedure instructions to the T. Two weeks after the procedure the doctor pretty much did care to answer our calls or messages until I sent him several or reached out to the lady's in his office. He had not much to say or explanation for the unsuccessful outcome. The doctor didn't have much today until we informed him that we wanted to try again. It wasn't until our next payment of over 4k was sent that he was motivated to speak with us. Again in addition to the 4k payment to the clinic we spent 2k on sperm and hundreds on additional medication, hotel, gas and other travel expenses. The second attempt again, her endometrial thickness was more than exceptional, her progesterone and estrogen levels were great, she continued to take her medication faithfully, and followed post procedure instructions to the T. The second attempt we transferred 3 embryos this time. Post transfer the doctor came into the room, grabbed her arm and said that he was nervous for us because everything looked so good, the embryos looked really good and he is scared for us because he was afraid all three would stick. He proceeded to say that if they all didn't stick he is certain that two will. The second attempt too was unsuccessful. Again when the doctor learned the procedure did not work it was difficult to get ahold of him and he did t have much to say on the reasoning for the disappointment. The doctor asked if we wanted to try again, of course we did however money doesn't grow on trees. He said he would see about getting us a discount. The next day we got a quote and the discount was a little over a hundred dollars off what we spent the first time. He said he would try a few other things in hopes this time would work, all steps should've taken place the first time to do anything and everything to make sure it was successful. This clinic has the mentality that Americans have endless money and we can just keep trying. At this point I honestly believe that no embryos were ever transferred in the first place, I wouldn't be surprised if they kept the embryos and sold them. I'm not saying that's the case but there is no reason the procedure didn't work especially with 4 embryos total being transferred. The doctor didn't have much to say on why it was unsuccessful and that is not good enough for us. We are beyond devastated and heartbroken that we spent so much money and we had extraordinary odds yet we walk away with nothing and they are so okay with it because they got their money either way. I went into this having so much faith in this clinic because Mexico is known for better medical treatment than the greedy US medical system but apparently they are just in it for the money as well.

FBOC's glaucoma machine was actually able to give a real reading because it was a quick push of air instead of the long shot of air that was always forced my eyes to shut. No dilation, YAY! Pretty smooth process and from start to finish was maybe an hour of my time. The staff is great. And I felt like they really went the extra mile with everything... the doctor even decided it was best to do a follow up appointment since there was some uncertainty with my contacts. I paid out of pocket and felt that the price for a contact and glasses prescription was reasonable at $129 (and that included the trial pair of contact lenses).

Yesterday was my first appointment with her. She made me feel so comfortable. I told her i wanted to try for a VBAC birth and she was more than supportive about it. Her answer was "yes! Lets go for it! " she had an awesome attitude towards it . She made feel secure & posible to accomplish it. She answered all of my questions. From the late night phone calls to visiting my wife every morning whenever she was in the hospital (which was a lot), he constantly reassured us that both mom and baby will be fine. He is definitely one of the smartest and kind hearted medical professionals you will ever have. Words alone cannot describe the type of person he is but if I could use one word to describe him/this pregnancy joruney, it would be UNFORGETTABLE! Brenda on the other hand, the only front office receptionist is the other person I would like to recognize as she was always going above and beyond her responsibilities as a receptionist. She would not only get my wife the answers she needs right away but she would spend that extra momeny to keep my wife calm when she was anxious and always had her laughing to do do so. Thank you Brenda for being an amazing person! CONS: The front office staff (everyone except for Brenda) provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. My wife was deemed a high risk pregnancy almost immediately upon getting pregnant and was put on strict bed rest in September of last year and having constantly high blood pressure since the second trimester, office visits and phone calls to the OBGYN were a frequent thing. The only person that every showed any kind of urgency or concern and didn't feel bothered by a concerned mother was Brenda. The rest of the front office staff would be extremely rude and hurtful and there definitely needs to br a change whether any of them are family or not. Besides all of that, if you can withstand his front office staff (ask for Brenda everytime;), Dr. Garcia is by far one of the best (if not the best) OBGYN(s) in El Paso and I highly recommend him to any pregnant couple! I** don't write reviews either unless something or someone is beyond exceptional so I hope this helps everyone in making a well informed decision. & Thank you Dr. Garcia for the most memorable pregnancy experience!

During the end of my pregnancy I decided to be seen by Dr. Hernandez and wow what a game changer. My husband was able to meet the doctor and hear our bundle of joy heart beat for the first time and see the baby on the ultrasound. I felt very comfortable with the care that Dr Hernandez provided and this was my first pregnancy, she always followed up with me and seem to remember who I was on the next visit, she always made sure that I understood everything and I never felt rushed during the visit. Sadly the on call doctor delivered my baby I figured my baby would grace us with his presence on a day she didn't work but hey she did come in and check up on me at 6am on the dot. I constantly had to talk to my dr about the same concerns, me moving to another state, etc. it was like it was my first time seeing them every time and I had to explain my whole story. If you go, be sure you take snacks (especially if you're pregnant) because you'll wait at least an hour and a half before being called back (even with arriving early to your appt.) also, if you have more kids make sure they use the bathroom because sometimes the staff will make your children use them alone or not at all.
