He puts his work on other staff members. The academics at this school have dropped considerably. There is no data-driven decision-making by this incompetent leader. He has been observed making comments about the staff members whose husbands abuse them and who do and do not come from money. He has created a culture of gossip. The owners are so involved-- more involved than I've ever seen in my experience working with children, and truly treat each kid as an individual with specific goals and plans for EVERY SINGLE CHILD. No child is left to just "hope for the best." They care about every single child, individually. The owners are so in sync with the community and the families they provide for and always have the kids' best interests at heart.
