I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... It is located near Bayview and Eglinton, which is a very busy area but the entrance is on a side street off of Bayview. Try to clear most of your belongings out of your car so that they can give it a good, thorough clean. All the staff were nice and very efficient! Once it's your turn, you leave the car running and a staff member will take your car into the wash. They start by scrubbing the outside, and then the car goes through a standard wash, then they finish by drying and cleaning (vacuuming/shining) the interior. There is a group of guys that are continuously cleaning so it is done really quickly.. probably about 10 minutes total. Throughout the whole process, you walk through a hallway where you can follow/continue watching as your car gets washed. Everyone was wearing masks. If you need a quick exterior and interior clean, this is the place to go to. A regular wash is $32, and if you want turtle wax it is $37. We bought 6 passes for the regular wash because it is discounted and it came up to $169 taxes in - so each regular wash is just over $28 each. This is not somewhere you should go if you are looking for a really extensive detailing for your car but if you need a good/quick clean, I highly recommend.

It has a side vacuum area and I would say roughly 5 to 6 bays with cars that can fit one in front of the other so 2 cars per bay. The car wash spray is strong so if you are petite or dont have great upper body strength you may need to use two hands and expect a bit of a kick. Its not easy but with an SUV you can do soap, wash and wax within the given time of about 3 minutes for $4.00 last time I checked. Havent had an issue with the machines anytime I went to this place over the last few years so I would say this place is reliable. Self serve car washes are great for hitting certain parts of your car to ensure its clean like the under carriage to remove road salt or the front to get rid of those bugs from your summer road trips.

The carwash is awesome. Touch-less and except for the back of the van gets the cars clean. I try to use this feature every time I fill up in the winter. There can be huge lines so timing can be important. I never eat or drink at these places. so I cant speak to that. But if you need some chips or a hot coffee this place has got that for you. Lastly, I like the EasyPay system. no fuss no muss. Shell's system works really well, including things like the car wash. Just don't loose the FOB. Now... should we start a complaint around this ethanol as additive? 10% added? this is a sham. At least shell tells you the percentage of each grade of fuel.

Since we have the Petro Canada app, it's a quick and simple process to input the numbers on the screen for the carwash into the app. Depending on the type of car wash you get, it takes a couple of minutes. Touchless car washes don't provide your car with a complete cleaning like hand washing would, but it's good enough. I do wish that the drying portion of the carwash was a bit longer, though.
