There were already a lot of small things I tried to overlook, areas that clearly didn't get two coats, ceiling trim lines that weren't clean or crisp, and spots that just looked rushed. I kept giving the benefit of the doubt But when we replaced the fridge and moved it out, I found a large section behind it that wasn't even painted at all. Not even one coat. Just completely skipped, where they did paint half ass job! I honestly don't know how these CLOWNS stay in business. At this point, I could've gone to Home Depot, hired some guys in the parking lot, and probably gotten the same quality of work. And please stop telling customers you'll "come back and make it right." If the job was done right the first time, you wouldn't need to come back at all.

I just…read moremoved my elderly father out of his house and found that there was a leak from the shower into an adjacent closet. Called a plumber, got it "fixed", and figured it needed to dry out before repairs to the wall and baseboards could be done. Flew home to California and called Scott a week later. He went over, checked it out and gave me a quote. While he was there he noted some water damage in the ceiling and offered to fix that too. This was new, so he took photos for me and investigated to see if it was still wet, but he took it another step- he looked into the attic and identified the issue-the AC. He also pointed out that the shower still leaked if you sprayed water on the valve. I called the AC repairman in and called the plumber back again, who both thought they fixed it. Scott went back and said no way, they didn't fix it. He even met with our insurance adjuster and gave him his proposal to fix the drywall once the repairs were made. Poor guy went back to that house so many times to start work only to find the leaks still going. He wouldn't let the other contractors get away with shoddy work and he sent me photos and explained things clearly to me. When everything was finally fixed a few weeks later he got the insulation, drywall and baseboard replaced, textured, and painted and sent pictures. He even cleaned up and put in a clean air filter for us. This guy is GOLD. I feel so lucky to have had him on my team.i was definitely a tough client but he remained professional throughout and advocated for us to get the best outcome.

More bad than good, unfortunately. The workmanship was typically good to great. Reliability,…read morecommunication, and general business conduct should be improved upon. I'm not sure any of those things are part of their thinking, despite claims to the contrary. I fired them once for not showing up and wish I had stuck to my guns. We altered our travel plans one weekend and emptied our walk-in closet expecting them to finish the upcoming Monday. They didn't show. They assured me they were all about customer satisfaction. They weren't. Pricing was quoted as being $100/hr for the team which I assumed meant husband/wife. Their initial billings seemed in line with that. They then seemed to think they could just name their price for each item piecemeal. I never agreed to that but simply hoped they would finish within a day as promised 3 times. Each time they left after a few hours or so and needed to have money for a weekend getaway. Or an I'm not leaving without this much type of demand. It all turned out to be very manipulative, and quite frankly, emotional in nature. There was also issues with poor communications and not listening to project directives. A lot of excuse making ensued. Minor additional requests became the reason for work not getting done. I paid them for far more than the time and priority they gave to our project. Broken promises caused another subcontactor to add costs for not having requisite items addressed for their visit completed. I could go on... Just a completely unprofessional experience all around.
