He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. His reviews and photos mirrored the type of company you would want to work with. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. We tried to give them a chance to fix it but they chose to ignore our efforts to reach them. They did not put landscape fabric in the whole mulch bed. Never dug up the weeds just weed whacked them. Put such a small amount of mulch on the bed that we have bare ground in at least 75 percent of the job. Pavers he put down are not installed correctly and uneven. When we questioned the position of them he got smart with us. Never gave us a detailed invoice as requested. They also left their trash all over our yard.
