Vast shopping mall with a ton of luxury shops/stores. Generally friendly people who want to push special deals/sales during this time of the year. As for the products - none seem to be fake, and has a whole monetary value for said items on display. The movies seem like a decent place to go and relax after shopping!

Service was really good. Staff was very helpful There is limited drops, and not much selection but it's very exclusive. Bought hoodie and sweat pants came to $365 and no refund only exchange or store credit to keep in mind

I was feel excited, happy, and focused well. I was took a snapshots the retail stores include Dior, Céline Paris and Gucci.

This mall is impressive! We mainly came here to enjoy dim sum at the large footprint Yu Seafood located by one of the entrances. The mall is on the upscale side and is huge. The main corridors are very wide and airy and with about 30' tall ceilings. They have 3 levels and it felt bigger than our own Woodfield Mall but the open volume could have fooled me. It was in fact the world's largest enclosed shopping mall when it opened in 1964, but has since been expanded and of course modernized several times over. The directory is a giant touch screen which is cool and hi tech but slightly cumbersome to use at first. I didn't really check out prices but they have a huge Canada Goose and a huge Rolex store here if that tells you anything. It's worth seeing for grins if you're in the area.

I recently dropped by Yorkdale Shopping Centre to check out Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N., which is located dead centre of this mall. Here's an interesting fact. I hadn't shopped at Yorkdale in over a decade! I have fond memories of Yorkdale. I used to spend a lot of time at malls. It was the case when I was an undergraduate student at York University. When you have four hours between classes and it doesn't make sense to head home by public transit, what do you do? You hit a mall. My experience getting to Yorkdale was by TTC. From Glendon, it was two buses and a subway ride in each direction. From the main campus, it was a bus and a subway ride. I am actually jealous these days that you can simply do the subway without any transfer! To be frank, I barely recognize this mall. It has changed over the years with various expansions and business changes. There used to be a family-run Italian restaurant that had the best spaghetti and huge meatballs. My friend, who is Italian, highly recommended going there. So, we did many times as students. The mall used to have Tall Girl. I was on the short end of Tall Girl for pants, but I particularly loved the shoe section where women's shoes ran up to size 13. They were comfortable and stylish. My first Fossil purchase was at this mall. I am still a fan of Fossil (my watch is from the company). I was sad to see that it was no longer there. Stores and eateries that I do recognize are the following: - Hudson's Bay - Shoppers Drug Mart - The Pickle Barrel - Indigo - Cineplex - Rolex (still can't afford anything!) I used to take a day off from work a decade ago and come here. It wasn't chaotic at all. Some of my favourite things to do were to take in a movie at Cineplex, spend some time at Indigo, check out Shoppers Drug Mart, and have a meal at The Pickle Barrel. I should get back to doing all that again. Before the pandemic, I'd avoid this mall like the plague, mainly because parking was crazy and it's a popular mall. It's more of a high-end mall these days and it's deadly on my wallet. However, it's beautiful to stroll around. I recently dropped by Zara and had a decent experience. There are special stores that I'd like to check out, such as KitKat Chocolatory and Ladurée, when I'm not trying to hit Avengers for a specific timeslot. The washrooms are gender-inclusive. Cool! Lots of safety measures are in place during this pandemic, from touchless hand sanitizer, to markers on the floor at many stores to practise physical distancing. I felt safe being at a major mall for several hours. I feel that Yorkdale is more of a window shopping experience for me. I tend to shell out when there are items that I want to see in-person and can't get that same experience online. It was great returning to Yorkdale. I hope to drop by soon and get more reacquainted with this shopping mall. (298)

Our next family Toronto adventure take us to Yorkdale Shopping Center with a category of 4.5 and more than 36,945 reviews this mall need two days walking around if you like shopping a lots. Opened on February 26, 1964 as the largest enclosed shopping mall in the world. Located on a 119-acre site at Dufferin Street and Highway 401, the shopping centre was anchored by two department stores, Simpson's and Eaton's, and a Dominion grocery store. For almost 60 years, Yorkdale has built a reputation for being Toronto's ultimate shopping destination. Today, the mall spans 2 million square feet and is home to 270 stores, including the country's largest collection of designer labels and luxury brands and the finest in-home decor and technology. With special offers in this season (Christmas time) all store having incredible savings in everything you want to buy and if you are tired and hungry they count with different option to eat. High recommend place if you come to visit Toronto in this time.

This mall is humongous - like all the shopping centers in Toronto You could honestly spend a whole day exploring Yorkdale features some of the more boujee brands but also has Nike, Roots, Lego, etc - even a Starbucks reserve Parking is ample and the inside was super clean and sleek Would love to come back and explore every store

They have many options to offer from the regular stores like Hudson's Bay, Indigo, Zara, Sephora, Banana Republic, etc. to very high-end stores like Chanel, Gucci, Holt Renfrew, Louis Vuitton, etc. There's also a Cineplex located inside the mall, which is a huge plus. Anytime you go in, you can find a new store and explore it. Very exciting!

Sometimes you just want to treat yourself, find a gift or peruse in bright and expansive halls and look at pretty and shiny things. Going to Yorkdale is not just for "get in and get out" shopping, but it's an experience (I can't say the same for all other malls). I never had a poor customer experience here. Given that it's a premium mall, they are likely to enforce safety measures. They carry the largest collection of designer labels, luxury brands, top tech and home decor in Toronto and maybe all of Canada. I don't know if it's just me? But these girls here seem to all have designer bags and are dressed-to-be-seen? So maybe consider some effort in putting your fashion foot forward. Besides fashion, you can: - Check out and sit in Tesla's cars - Dine at the only Cheesecake Factory in Ontario (and Canada's first) - Check out a movie - Test out Dyson's products in person - Get inspired by the home decor at Restoration Hardware and relax at their courtyard cafe when it opens up - Enjoy conveyor belt sushi at Tora (Take out only at the moment) - Taste Instagram-worthy desserts like Ladurée, Hattendo, Kitkat Chocolatory, Donut Hive or other rotating stores they have going on - Eat at the new Chick-Filet joint (yum!) and much more! The food court sitting area may be closed, but please grab takeout and support these fast-food restaurants as franchises are also struggling. Yorkdale has some of the best food court options available. I like Made in Japan Teriyaki and Chipotle. Public transit to Yorkdale is a breeze as it's directly connected to the subway. They have upgraded the tech in some parking lots, so it shouldn't be hard to find parking now that we're at limited capacity. I don't go here often, but when I do, I'm always pleasantly surprised by such an enjoyable time and the fresh new updates to the mall.

Another mall. We wanted to walk somewhere indoors and decided to visit Yorkdale Shopping Centre. They have a variety of stores. Mostly came here for window shopping and to get some steps in but then we came across all sorts of sweet treats. Picked up some specialty Kit Kat, tea from Ten Ren, Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake, and Ladurée macarons. So much for coming here to get those steps in, lol! There are a variety of food options at this mall. Parking can be difficult to find. This place can get packed quick. Restrooms are clean. The mall is neat and organized. I'm glad we got a chance to visit.

You have a precious few necessities like the Bank of Montreal and .. I wouldn't necessarily call the Tim Hortons or any of the other retailers, necessities. You have an LCBO, a Winners, a Dollarama. So many tiny little other enclosed booths inside that are hardly worthy of being called stores. It was like looking at a strangely ruined version of a cross between a Pacific Mall kind of setup and an abandoned shell of a mall in Buffalo, but with few patrons. Not at all bustling, practically depressing. The whole interior is badly deteriorating. The floors are faded and worn, the glass windows are cluttered and dingy. We went into the Ardene for a gift shopping run and it's pretty much the highlight of this mall. Would not bother coming back if I can avoid it.

Lots of animal print clothing in synthetic fabrics. Why do I go here, you may ask? Well, it's across the street from my dentist, who is the best dentist ever, and I have followed him all across town from since the time when he was at Bathurst and Bloor almost 2 decades ago. And even now that I live in Ottawa, I still see my dentist in Toronto and make a whole road trip out of it, but I digress. I never know what traffic is like in Toronto so sometimes I arrive for my appointment way too early and so I head across the street to the mall. Every time I'm there, I ask myself what am I doing here? This is not a shopping destination. I have never purchased anything there. If you live in the area I'm sure it's functional enough - there is a Walmart there, but I would never make a special trip just to go there. Even the Winners, which is one of my favourite stores, is not that good there. The food court has independent stores as opposed to chains although they have chains too. And the layout is interesting, the food court stalls are in a cluster at the centre and the seats are all around the perimeter. This Mall is in serious need of revitalization in my opinion.
