On the morning of my booking I telephoned 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive, and was told that they could not get a driver, and " WOULD I LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION ! " I am 92 years old and could not find words! I will NEVER use this company again. All my extended family will NEVER use this company again. None of my friends will EVER use this company again. I booked a car with them because they had good rates and on-line booking (which is great for my lazy nature!). When my trip plans suddenly changed, I gave them a quick call and they had me all sorted in just a matter of minutes. My refund was practically processed before I hung up the phone. I am working on my next trip and definitely plan to use them.
