The service I have received from this company was shocking. It is three weeks now since I placed my…read moreorder and they took nearly £200 more than they should have because the VAT was taken off twice, promised to refund that amount and never did. Took a further week to then let me know that the fire was out of stock, then informed me that their paypal account was playing up and they couldn't refund it that way and now four days after receiving my bank details and saying they would refund the money 'today', the money has only just been put back into my account. Worryingly they also appear to trade under a couple of other names, so people who read this won't know that Allstone UK, Leeds Fire Centre and Stanningley Firesides all appear to be the same company. I would NEVER buy a fire online after this, I would forget the discount, go to a local showroom and get service you can trust!
