From making the initial enquiry over the phone weve been really impressed with the service we have had with TWS. Especially the salesman and the lads that came out and changed the roof. We also have a garage door on order with them which we are looking forward to having replaced. Won't be looking anywhere else now for any future work and will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

We firstly had to listen to the background of the company and what makes their products superior. Then when we actually got down to looking at we wanted, prices seemed to be plucked out of nowhere which were then reduced by random amounts as time went on. When we made it clear we did not want to pay that amount, we were then pressured into taking out finance even though we kept pointing out we didn't want this. We were then pretty much told we would be wasting his time if we did not buy and sign for something at this time! Would not take a no for an answer or even leave us to sleep on it. As soon as he realised he couldn't change our mind he soon turned sour and we were made to feel uncomfortable. We picked the doors we liked and we were then sent through the quote the following day. We went ahead with the order and within a week or so we were updated with a provisional fitting date. This was confirmed a few weeks later, keeping us informed along the way. The day of the install went perfectly, James and his team arrived on time and started the work. All the work was completed within the day and they let everything clean and tidy. The doors are of a high quality and we no longer have the draft blowing through like we did with the old ones. However, nothing was too much trouble for the Valley View Resin Company. They really helped us to get the look and level of quality we were wanting. We had an old path, a new path - including steps - and a patio resin-bounded. They also did our fencing, new wall-building and old wall re-pointing for us. They were very conscientious, worked to a high standard and were a pleasure to have on site. It also feels good to have an environmentally friendly garden too as the rain water can drain through the resin. We highly recommend this company.
