Snow and ice make road and sidewalks unsafe to walk on for tenants. Rental increase notices are distributed late and do not give the required notice time period but still want their payments before the due date requirement. Lot manager is rude and unprofessional.

We found this RV park was rated well on RV Life and wanted to see for ourselves how it compared to…read moreour other experiences. This was our first time staying overnight in Elko, and we wanted to explore the area while visiting. This park was located close to everything we were looking for. The park was well maintained and organized. The office building was updated and welcoming. The roads are paved and the sites are gravel and rock with a concrete patio pad at each site. The park had regular maintenance staff that came around and picked up debris, mowed the lawns, etc. The park had a swimming pool and hot tub area near our camping row, but we did not use it. Our site was the first one closest to the entrance and the office. We were wondering if that location would prove to be noisy and too busy, but it really wasn't. We only noticed a couple of motorhomes that parked and idled their engines next to our site while they checked in, but not everyone did that. Our site also had some nice grass to the office side that was nice for walking our dog. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and the park. We will definitely be back again when in the area.

My wife did laundry and said they were good machines. The only negative, there is a train depot very close and the trains run all night. Yes they honk them super loud horns too! A lot!
