I wanted to find a dentist who could perform all of the work that I needed. I went to Willow Grove Dentistry, Dr. Recigno is GREAT. The staff at Willow Grove Dentistry are very professional (Kayla and Nicole are wonderful). They even have ways in which you can finance your dental work. I enjoyed watching television while I was reclined in the chair. Dr. Recigno is so smooth when he administers anesthesia to numb your gums. I am still receiving treatment however we are near the final process. If you need a dentist I would truly recommend going to Willow Grove Dentistry. At checkout I specifically and clearly requested to pay the full charges and be reimbursed by my insurance, asking that NO assignment of benefits be made (nothing entered on the assignment line of the claim). The woman who checked me out did not respond to my request except to smile and nod her head. She told me I owed $292 which I paid without question (I should have known it was too low to be the total). There was no indication that she didn't understand or could not honor my request. I confirmed they were filing electronically and asked for a copy of the claim. I found she had assigned benefits to their office and I had paid only my portion. The total was over $500. This was in direct opposition to my request with no explanation. That was on 4/10/26. To date, 5/18, the claim still has not been filed with my insurance company. Secondly, I requested that my records be sent to my out-of-state dentist of 20 yrs as I wanted them to have all my records. I filled out an authorization form, gave it to Millie at the front desk in person, but nothing was sent. When I called to find out why no records were sent, she denied I had personally handed the form to her the previous day! This was absolutely untrue and I was stunned. She claimed she did not have it and I had to fill out another form. Then they only sent the pdf of my x-rays, not the preferred digital images, and without the treatment plan. The claim filing error and Millie denying I gave her the authorization form are Issues that do not generate trust. I have never had such an experience at any dental or medical office before. They don't seem to have anyone in charge, such as an office manager, although they have 8 or 9 people at the front desk. I will have to decide whether to continue with this practice.

I think they're just that good naturally. It was my first time there and while the staff were out for lunch and the doctor handed me my paperwork and made some jokes that made me chuckle. After waiting less than 5 minutes after my paperwork was done, I was seen by the hygienist. The tv was on in the room and it was set to a news station, but it was a news show I had never seen before and it was kind of entertaining. The lady (ahhh i forget her name!) that was to be cleaning my teeth joked and discussed the events on the tv with me, even stopping to give me a break after cleaning my teeth a while to have some light hearted chat. she made me feel really comfortable. When the doctor came in to look over my x-rays, he was very thorough at explaining everything to me in straight forward terms. A super nice guy. Nothing scary about this dentist! They gave me instructions on a specific regimen for me to follow and even gave me some stuff to start me out. Fantastic experience! And it is walking distance from the Regional Rail station at Hatboro, so even if you live in the city and you can't find a good dentist, maybe the fare is worth it to go to this guy?

I had major issues such as crowns and removing a 35 year old huge filling. I cannot say enough about this practice. The staff is awesome. In this day and age it is hard to find people that truly care about people and having good customer service. I was subsequently billed $600+ for the work that was done. To add insult to injury, within a year, two of the fillings that were done have since fallen out and needed to be replaced. I had such a great experience this past week at Dr. Harmon's office that I wanted to leave a…read morereview. I went to see Dr. Harmon for a routine checkup and cleaning. The staff was very friendly toward me and the office was very clean. The hours are convenient too! After my routine checkup, we found a few issues that will need to be followed up with some fillings and one root canal. We scheduled the work to be done over the course of the summer. The office staff was very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance benefits and getting the work pre-authorized for me. I am looking forward to continuing working with Dr. Harmon and his staff. It is not every day that you find such a welcoming and helpful environment. I will be recommending Dr. Harmon's office to my friends and family.
