I have been a patient in this office for quite a few years. Back in 2023 the dentist there said I needed to replace an old crown, which I had done there. I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. It seems I've been not accepted as a patient after as the receptionist who answered the phone said, " cancelled 10 appointments". Would that be starting Jan this year? :) Never happened to be where office actually keeps account of missed appointments no denied service. It's good thing I haven't taken my elderly mother and recommend this place to other family members, friends, work and community Just waiting for my recent panoramic x-rays to be sent to me. There are plenty of new dentist facility. The plus to my short experience was dentist " had good bedside manner" and dental hygenist but prefer someone more experience. And didn't offer any monthly treatment plan and I think the only office which doesn't offer in office payment plans ( as many do with extensive dental treatment) not talking about 3rd parties like care credit. I would recommend anyone needing treatment going elsewhere again too many dentists every area in state. read more

I was charged for a cleaning out of pocket. I was told that whoever scheduled me for my 6 month cleaning scheduled me 3 days too early. The receptionist said they did not know my insurance needed to have 6 months in between cleanings. I have NEVER been charged out of pocket for a CLEANING at any other dentist in my life. I spoke to someone who works at another dentist's office and they told me that the majority of people covered by dental insurance usually have 2 cleanings a year that needs to be spread out by 6 months and 1 day apart. This person told me that there is a small percentage of people whose dental insurance cover 3 cleanings a year. This information seems like something staff scheduling appointments should be aware of for each patient they are dealing with. The person from the other dentist's office told me that if they ever made the mistake of scheduling someone too early they would not charge the patient since it was their mistake. I am very disappointed with how the front desk dealt with my situation. Shout out to the hygienist Sandra though! She is wonderful, thorough, and knows what she is doing. Love her. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Sẹo, the assistants and the front office staff are absolutely AMAZING. They always listen patiently and would bend over backwards to help you. Dental work quality is EXCEPTIONAL! I have a lot of problems with my teeth from not taking care of them adequately when I was younger, and being treated by low quality dentists. My dental works cost close to over 20k in the past 10 years, and probably more counting . I get an annual dental exam from different military dentist every year, and they all told me my civilian dentist did an outstanding job on my crowns, bridges, implants...If all other dentists tell you your dental works are good, you know you have a great family dentist. Today was my first visit with Dr. Kim! From start to finish the visit was great! I don't have great teeth and with multiple visits with other sub par dentists I was over all discouraged about the work that needed to be done. Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my aunt and several cousins, they all had good things to say so I decided to give her a try. I called and got an appointment with ease. Today, my hygienist was very thorough and seemed to take the time to hear my concerns as did Dr. Kim. As we all know dental work can be very costly but, after expressing my concerns about that to Dr. Kim she set up a plan and prioritized what needed to be done. It was a very pleasant feeling to leave there not discouraged for a change and feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel! read more

Previously I went to one of the most expensive dentists in the area, but had to find another dentist about 7 years ago, when I lost my insurance and all my costs became "out of pocket". So, I changed to Conshohocken Dental group and was shocked to find that not only did they do everything as well as my previous dentist, which had been so highly recommended, but Conshohocken Dental Group prices are much more reasonable. From X-rays, to cleaning, to crowns. I only regret I didn't find them sooner. Very friendly and what is better, very honest and competent. read more

Pretty nice place but WOW is it expensive. What I paid $30 for in SoCal, a checkup and a cleanup, costs $180 here. This is my fault as I should have asked up front what the costs were, but this is clearly a case of price gouging for insurance companies. i received a letter from my dental insurance from my job. saying there was fraud activity on my insurance. The billing person at this dental group was billing twice for dental work. seems my insurance and my wife's insurance were getting billed for same dental work. I bought it to the owners attention. After a year later I received a bill that the wanted me to pay close to 1800 dollars that my insurance paid already. Beware !!! shady billing practices ! read more

I must admit I like this dental practice and love the doctors, but I must question the billing department. I am not a fan!!! . I had work done around the end of 2018 and typically I ask do I owe you anything? I get it that a final bill is not always available because they are waiting on payment/info from the insurance company, but I try to make sure what I owe is paid At the end of 2018, I received a bill for 103.50 as a balance for dental work I had done on a crown. I paid the bill on 1/22/2019 with my leftover money that was in my health account. On 6/3/2019 I received a bill for 103.50 saying that I was 90 days past due. I thought it strange because I have not been to the dentist this year. actually go next week! I immediately called the office and was told that the billing person would call me back the next day and that maybe the bill is my deductible, or what i owed?? Impossible, because i haven't been to them and 90 days! This would be something i owe from what March 2019 or April 2019!! Yes, I was quite annoyed because 90 days past due mean I ignored their bill for 90 days!!! NO!! I never received a bill from them period! So that is not true! I decided to look for the receipts of my last payment to them and what do you know the 103.50 bills was paid. Here is my question? How am I 90 days past due on a bill I paid in January? Long story short I was told whomever took the payment forgot to add it to my billing? What kind of bull..sh... is this? What if I didn't have the receipt? I've never felt the urge to use yelp before now. Let me start by saying that I'm absolutely terrified by Dentist visits. Eventually though, you just have to buck up and get it over with. I'm sure I'm not the easiest patient to deal with. (small mouth). I recently had a root canal procedure. I've never had a root canal before, but I've heard all the nightmare stories from friends. I can honestly say that Dr. Liao made this procedure as comfortable as it could possibly be. She really took the time to listen to my concerns beforehand, and kept me comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I will certainly be coming back to this office to see her for future appointments. Easily the best dental experience I've had. The office itself is wonderful, and insanely clean looking. I don't have experience with the other doctors listed, but if they're as great as Dr Liao, then leave any concerns you have at the door. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST-THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. I had been a patient for a couple years and have excellent insurance coverage. Always paid what was due at visits and always received estimate costs of service prior to any procedure. They sent an itemized bill spanning the course of 2 years and charged me $208 in addition to all the other fees/deductibles/co-insurance I paid in office. This bill came 6 months after any procedure or visit, with no explanation as to why there was a difference in billing and the estimates/fees I had already paid. read more

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and gave all my insurance and contact information to the receptionist. I had her read back and confirm the information as well. I called the office at the time of my appointment to let them know I was running a few minutes late and the receptionist tells me they don't accept my insurance, which I had specifically asked her on the phone if they did, and that I gave them the wrong phone number so they couldn't call to tell me in advance. As previously mentioned I gave her all my information and had her read it back to me. This office wasted my time and prevented me from scheduling a dental appointment with another office. I don't know how the providers are but the office staff i dealt with are incompetent. read more

First of all, this place is incredibly clean!!! It's a beautiful modern office with TVs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The receptionist gives courtesy calls to remind you of your upcoming appointment (I think this is great because I forget so often!) The equipment they have is the latest technology. Having my X-rays taken was so painless and easy, I wouldn't mind getting them every time. Plus, I was able to see them right away on the computer screen(which they have in every room) and didn't have to come back to see the results. The dentist I saw was Dr. Seo and after he treated my teeth I was so impressed with how he works that I brought my entire family to this office. I've gotten cleanings done by him personally and had several cavities filled here. He'll answer every question and discuss every concern you have. Oh and on a side note... he's a master at local anesthesia!!! I didn't even feel the needle go in and he was already done!!! This office has an amazing periodontist Dr. Endy who knows her stuff and does it well! I've seen people who had great gum grafting results and implants. My mom even had 3 implants done here and is very satisfied with how they look and feel! All in all I HIGHLY recommend this office! Personally, I'll never leave unless I move! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Everyone is incompetent except for the one receptionist, Elizabeth. Have had multiple procedures here. They are very inefficient and will make something that should require one appointment last for WEEKS. I recently cracked a tooth that I had told them had been bothering me the last three appointments because no action was taken. I had been seeing Dr. Wu for two years and we had an implant planned that also required work of an oral surgeon and having my wisdom teeth removed. The communication errors and total lack of foresight was very concerning. I scheduled the follow up appointment six months in advance at which time I was supposed to receive my implant. I get a call the day before saying that they didn't have all the information they needed and that I needed to call the oral surgeon to retrieve it. Since I've never attended dental school, I had no idea what they needed and had to take time out of my work day to call the oral surgeon and have them call the dentist office to get the information when the dentist should already have had this information. Long story short: I've given this office thousands of dollars and nothing has been fixed. They won't be getting anything else from me. read more

The hygienist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the doctor who performed the exam was also very informative and friendly. I started going to Conshohocken Dental Group, after having a poor experience elsewhere. I am so glad I made the change. Their office is extremely clean and modern. The front desk staff was very helpful and easy to schedule with. I saw Dr. Wu, and I was so impressed. She is very personable, professional and skillful.
