My dog was put with a new groomer and she came home with razor burn on her bum and under her ears. She was cut way to close to the skin and has been irritated ever since. Had to take her to the vet to make sure nothing was getting infected and $70 later left with an antibiotic in hopes my dog will want to go on walks again. After having the dog for over an hour in the van, he carried the dog back into the house DEAD!! This was a healthy dog that just got a clean bill of health one month before this grooming visit. There was no clear explanation as to what happened to the animal. At no point did this guy try to get the attention of my girlfriend to get her help even though he was parked 50 ft from the front door of her house, nor did he try to get the help of my girlfriend's friend who was working right outside the van in the driveway. This guy's services are still being offered on their website! This should NEVER have happened. Grooming businesses have a responsibility to pet owners to employ well-trained certified individuals to take care of people's beloved pets, not kill them due to irresponsibility and negligence!
