I keep reminding here there is now something called online banking, but she refuses to move with the times. Despite her reluctance to move with the times and go online, she still manages to make her visits to Telstra shop in Indro to pay the bills and get all her questions answered while she's at it. The Telstra shop in Indro have proved to be so good at their customer service that it doesn't even tempt my mum into online banking. She enjoys coming here because it is convenient and she always has peace of mind. As I said the customer service is really good. There is often a Telstra staff member greeting customers as they enter the store. The staff would ask the customers what service they are after and if they could assist in any way. They do help! If you tell them you have a problem with your bill, they will point you in the right direction etc etc. Simple and basic good customer service.
