I needed a compainship service. I told them what I expected from the person they sent me. I had paid for 2 12 hour shifts. Care staff did absolutely nothing but sit on their butts and talked on their phones. I tried several times to tell them what I wanted them to do with me such ad playing cards or other games, or just talk. After I canceled the service, I called the manager and told him that the staff did not fulfill their duties other than show up. He insisted that I did not say specifically what I wanted. He lied. My word of warning be cautious if you decide to use their services, or find an agency that does not charge you up front before services are rendered.
