I've been going to this gym for years now. The group fitness instructors here are great, Shannon, Linda, Diana, Kayla, Alysha, Kadiesha, and Stacey especially. Their professionalism makes it easy to show up consistently. I took one star off just because I'm not sure the gym is cleaned everyday and the yoga mats in the group fitness room need to be replaced. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks from the onset of my enrollment in Training classes, I was given to an amazing instructor Liam! Do yourself a favor if they give you Garrett when you sign up, JUST SAY NO! ASK FOR LIAM!!!! You will get the expertise of a guy with Bachelors degree in Kinesiology in addition to the certificate the gym requires for it's instructors. Why go with just a certificate when you can have a truly knowledgable trainer? The difference in my training sessions went from extremely mediocre to fantastic! I have been with Liam now for a few weeks and feel stronger and more fit. His sessions are amazing, no small talk about best friends, B.S.. As soon as my session starts it is strictly about me....defiantly worth the money now, pleasant personality and very very knowledgeable of anatomy I look forward to my training sessions now! This gym used to be awesome, but doesn't seem to be attended to very well recently. Many members are upset by the conditions of the machines and long waits to have machines fixed. We pay monthly fees that apparently changed without notice (no guest privileges with premium) and we pay annual fees that were also just increased. Where is the money going? The daily staff is nice but I never see management to even be able to talk about the concerns. I'm here 7 days a week and I hope they can do better for their members. read more

I have heard from ABC Fitness and You Fit Gyms directly multiple times. I had originally called them to inquire about the strange amounts being billed to my card, and that I had blocked them from automatically taking money from my account, as I had signed up for a $10 per month, Month-to-Month Membership. If you don't pay for a monthly membership, you don't get to use the membership. Oh, not with them! They just keep increasing the amount you "Owe" them. The last time I spoke to someone who called to inform me that my bill was unpaid (for the 3rd time that week, alone), I informed them that I was recently in a car accident and was unable to drive, much less work out, and that I objected to the charges they attempted to debit from my card. They told me I would have to go to the gym to cancel my membership and there was nothing they could do for me over the phone. I informed them that my car was in the shop and I was unable to turn my head due to injuries from the accident, so I couldn't drive. They repeatedly said that there was nothing they could do for me. I had told them multiple times before that I was unhappy with their billing practices and random charges (attached) and that I am not paying them this amount at this time. I noticed very strange amounts were attempted to bill from my account, so I put a stop to it and blocked them from being able to debit my account directly with my banking institution. A $20+ fee to each charge that did not go through, continuously growing, even though I was attempting to cancel and trying to put a stop to this? Does that sound legitimate to you? And they just kept adding charges to it and attempting to debit my card while repeatedly increasing the amount. Does this sound like "Fair Practices"? My car is out of the shop and I finally made it into the gym today, 6/4/25, to cancel my membership in person, as requested. I was told that they could NOT cancel my membership and would continue to bill me for my monthly membership fee plus any and all late fees and other fees incurred. I would have to pay their ridiculous charges before I would even be ALLOWED to cancel my Month-to-Month Membership. Please tell me what I can do. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair. read more

I la la love this location, it is probably one of the nicest in the area to be honest. I've been going to YouFit since the beginning of this year and a few days ago was my first time coming to this location. This location is huge (two story gym), it has a YouFit Cinema for Cardio (first time seeing that), plenty of cardio machines, super duper spacious free weight area and stretching area. However, my absolute favorite part of this gym is the personal training area in which they have weight push sleds and ropes. I wish they had a sauna, but you can't have it all haha! A little far from where I live, but I would definitely try to come to this location at least once a week! read more

I downloaded the yelp app and created this brand new account just so I can express how awful youfit is. I attempted to cancel my gym membership 8 months ago and was not properly assisted at all. I later attempt to cancel and I am bombarded with cancellation fees and recurring payments. I feel like I have sold my soul to this gym. I haven't even entered this gym in almost a year. Mia, the manager is straight rude and insulting whenever you call for asisstance to the gym. they double charge you a month, for a monthly membership and staff uses my personal account to make transactions for energy drinks and protein bars in the gym while im not even in the gym. Its a shame, the gym is nice to workout but the shitty management and fraudulent transactions made me cancel my membership. read more

The gym is well located has the machines I like and it's clean and well run. However, the customers are something else. They tend to hog the machines, sit on them talking on the phone and texting instead of working out. They will not let you work in with them. There needs to be a clear policy on how to manage these rude folks. read more

I used to come here years ago with the person I was dating as his plus one and I always liked this gym. I'm not a fan of the location because I hate driving down Okeechobee but I suck it up and make the drive. I used to go to Crunch which is also a great gym but they only have one location in West Palm Beach. I had to cancel that membership due to not working in that area anymore. I tried a few other gyms before deciding that this was the right fit. Just having the right comfort level made it a done deal and the fact that they have cycle classes made it even better. You can go to the smoothie restaurant which is in the same shopping plaza and show them your membership and get 20% off. Overall, this was a good choice read more

I have been going to this gym for the past 6 months. I like it, the gym is clean. The community is nice. The times that I go is not super busy. The employees are good. Royal at the front desk is nice very welcoming always smiling and helpful when needed. Everything in their control is taken cared of. It would be nice if people can clean after themselves and Re-rack their weights but this is at every gym. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Staff is weird. I taught my friend how to box and they told me im not allowed to train her, she can only learn boxing from their staff. I thought that was annoying but respected it and made sure the next time i worked out with my friend that we wouldnt box and that i would do all exercises with her. The staff still harassed us on the way out. Didnt go for a while because we decided to go the a much friendlier and cleaner gym (Busy Body is a much better gym). Went yesterday to workout with my friend. Did all the same exercises together either side by side or set for set and the training staff still harassed us. You need to have a new system for recruiting new customers. We don't live anywhere near you and yet we're getting spam calls because "somebody was in there and thinking of us " And gave you our number. If we wanted to join your gym we would join your gym. In this day and age people don't want phone calls from people they don't know. Please restructure how are you get new customers. I did speak with Bree and she was very kind and helpful with explaining your procedures in which case that's why I'm here leaving this review because I don't think your procedures are proper. This club has hidden fees. AND when you do try to close out the membership they refuse to allow you to use the card on file. And then I tried once again to cancel in person and apparently the staff didn't do that correctly either. So I get to once again go back to the same gym to cancel my membership. A lot of value for a great price, the only con I see is the restrooms, showers, and dressing areas are very limited. The classes are great (Zumba/Cycling), just the spinning class doubles your money. This place always has a cardio machine open and they sometimes even bring in DJ's. A lot of parking outside with a very convenient location close to downtown WPB. read more

I came here about 8 years ago and its definitely not the same. I moved from planet fitness to Youfit. It has bin such a better experience!! The manager is very friendly easy to approach, The staff always welcomes you with a smile. THEY HAVE CHILDCARE!!!! (My 4 year old loves it and the ppl that watch him) I take all their classes. my favorite instructor so far would be Mrs. Cynthia she is very encouraging makes you fell welcomed in any of her classes, talks with everyone and if there is something you cant do she will suggest a different move that will keep you going. It's alright but the advertising is deceptive. They market this gym as a pay as you go plan and they are honest when you sit down with someone, but there should be more transparency. Basically, if you decide to join you pay first and last months up front, a 39 dollar "processing fee" and after 4-5 months they hit you with another fee for annual. If for whatever reason you decide to cancel, you have to give them a 10 day notice, otherwise you have to pay the next month ((I mean makes sense right, they got you over the coals for paying first and last month, what's one more)) and then you have to pay a 10 dollar cancellation fee. It's still cheaper than most places but for me, I would prefer to know what I am getting into up front, instead of having to go down there and play Sherlock Holmes. Oh, and I am not sure if this is the norm, but in order to be a member, they have to link your checking or savings account. I don't understand the logic in this either. If you don't pay your dues, you should be denied entry. Simple. Why they need control over your financial institution is beyond me. I ended up having to open a separate savings account in case someone botched it up. I don't trust anyone on an automatic withdrawal. Assuming you aren't training to be a body builder, this place will more than suffice your needs but their business practices are questionable. read more

I have been to several youfit gyms across south florida, and this one is one of my favorite facilities. Now that all the re-construction is done everything is neat and there are ample machines and space to work out, even when busy. My only negative that I would give is that it doesn't have a water filter dispenser like other gyms and youfits I've been to. I've heard several people complain about this. It only has two water fountains that are outdated and every time yo go to fill water, the water is hot and the fountains have something dirty stained in them. Not the most pleasant thing to see when you're sweating and need a water refill. Overall, a very large and updated youfit, but water is a necessity when working out and I wish they would of updated that as well. read more

I didn't use them because their person doesn't show or cancel or change my appointment time. The good news - My husband and I joined YouFit several years and we did enjoy the use of the equipment at YouFit. Even though the gym was frequently busy, we still had plenty of equipment to choose from. It really met our needs. However, and this is the bad news, the business practice leaves alot to be desired. Not long after we joined, my husband's health began to deteriorate and we were no longer able to go to YouFit. Due to my husband's declining health (in and out of the hospital and rehab) cancelling our membership was not on the top of my list of things to do. I did try a couple of times by phone to cancel but was told it must be done in person, that there was no other way. But I notice from YouFit's website that you can JOIN online. My husband recently passed and I was finally able to cancel our membership, after YouFit faithfully withdrawing the monthly membership for at least 3 years from our account, and yearly "extras". Then I was told that I had to pay an additional $10 to cancel the membership! Also, the service rep who completed my cancellation did so after having a personal conversation with someone while I waited - and waited. He told me that the tactic of coming in person to cancel the membership was a marketing strategy. I filled out an online "Contact Us" form at YouFit.com at least a month ago, and no one from YouFit has ever had the courtesy to reply via email or phone. I have been a member at Youfit for several years now. And this location is one of my favorite. Besides the two floor, wear house-sized gym, it has quite a bit to offer. The only reason I gave four stars is because they are currently renovating and I sometimes causes a hassle for time on equipment or space to lift. Other than that, the staff always greets me and my wife and ask us how our day/week is going. It's good to come to a gym where there is also no judgement. From old to young they have a very diverse client base. It's a great place to work out! read more

It's a great starter gym. It has a good selection of free weights, a cute little circuit, plenty of cardio machines, a handful of smith machines, a single squat rack, and a nice area to stretch and do free form stuff. The customers are exactly what you get at a starter gym. They don't wipe down machines, they loiter or straight up hog machines. The beefy dudes will super set over 5 - 6 sets of weights/machines. Tons of bad form and "Instagram" workout routines. If you go at peak times you are not going to have fun. Even off peak times you are still going to have to ask someone if you can work in because they are using the machine you want as a seat to scroll their Facebook. The free weights are normally a little better, as long as your goals are not strict and you can go up or down on your weights. But again, this is a great little starter gym. They aren't trying to reinvent the wheel, they are offering a low price option to go in and learn about fitness. For $20 a month, my wife and I can go to a gym that is spread throughout America. Even when I "graduate" to a different gym I'll keep my YouFit membership. read more

I have been getting call regarding my membership. I called they never canceled my membership. I know owe $100.00. But if I want to go to the club maybe I can work something out in prices. I have been a member of this gym for years. As of recent my payment stopped going through because I was told that the number was "invalid". I called my bank and everything was fine on my end. I was told by management that it would be figured out. It never was. I called corporate and I was told that someone would "get back to me". Never have I had to chase someone to give them my hard earned money. I now have to take my business elsewhere after almost 6 years of dedicated and loyal membership. Very busy and packed. It's almost impossible to not wait for machines and equipment. The customer service is lacking, it's full of young kids. The gym is not CLEAN. I went on a elliptical to warm up, the handles were sticky and it smelled terrible. They should really follow Boynton Beach location. Only reason I went is bc we have a business nearby read more
