The sauna in the men's locker room, the red light saunas (with salt walls), hot and cold plunge are all operational. The gym has plenty of equipment to utilize and is NEVER overcrowded! The price for the value is excellent. In many gyms a tier ranked membership gets gym goers into the perks that are all available here for a single price point. My daughter started going at 14 months and absolutely loves it, which gives me total peace of mind while I work out. The facility is always spotless--from the gym floor to the spa showers--and smells amazing. The front desk team is super helpful and has gone above and beyond for me (even helping me find my lost keys!). I've accidentally left valuables behind a few times, and they've always been returned--huge trust factor here. I also take the pickleball class with Coach Alex and have gone from beginner to intermediate. Great vibe, great community. The OTBeat overhead monitors were not working, I'm guessing that was a temporary issue. Despite this being further than those other studios mentioned, This one I'll be coming to in the future.
