He and his staff are warm and friendly, and they are very knowledgeable. We're never left in the waiting room before an appointment for more than five minutes on average, and we can get the whole family in at one time if we arrange far enough in advance. When we had an emergency, we were able to get in to see him right away. The staff doesn't give us any flack about not wanting flouride treatments.

I always liked the office staff and now I look forward to getting to know the new dentist. I had to have an emergency root canal on a molar, my first and hopefully last, Dr. Lephan took good care of me and I'm very thankful for that. I thought I just chipped the edge of a tooth and as busy people do I didn't get it checked out and the root became infected. I was in Columbus for a wedding when the pain started so I found offices there that could do the work, but they needed a referral from my dentist before they would perform a root canal. My primary doctor called in an antibiotic, which I had to be on before the procedure, Dr. Lephan did the root canal and I didn't have to go to multiple places or appointments. I'll start going to my regular cleanings so I don't end up with this again, but if I do I'll go here.

He put in an incorrectly fitted crown that caused constant soreness (several years) and made teeth shift. He takes no responsibility and I need braces to fix it. I know someone else with a crown he did and never ending pain with it. This is not a good dentist.
