The house is large, three floors and asymmetrical structure, with a few challenging areas and hard to get to angles. Ralph San Miguel himself came out in person and did a very thorough assessment of my requirements before providing an estimate. While the cost was more than I had budgeted, Ralph explained the difficulties posed by my house and the scope of work required. The backyard was never used because it was so overgrown. Belmes arrived early and worked all day (7+hours) with a crew of 3 additional workers.
