Unlike the rest, Skylar of HI Pressha responded right away with a reasonable quote. Throughout the bid process Skylar impressively kept the lines of communication flowing. Researching panel cleaning, I learned that soft bristle brushes as opposed to simply pure power washing or simply chemical application, is the correct method of cleaning without damaging the panels. Skylar has the knowledge, tools and skill-set to professionally clean solar panels. Of the respondents, Skylar's prices landed in the middle. The solar panels came out looking like new and my preliminary estimates (through the solar software) put charging recovery rates at a plus 30% on an overcast day. And yes, I would highly recommend Skylar of HI Pressha for professional solar panel cleaning if you're in the Hilo area.

She's hard to get in touch with and doesn't return calls when you have a question. Installation team of Josh and Kekoa were great and quick. Josh took pics of my roof tile grout cracking and Kekoa said they can help me fix it while they were up there. This was on February 14th, Kekoa said he'll reach out to Josh to get it fixed. Jaymie reassured me with a couple of phone calls saying that she will reach out to Kekoa. Fast forward to today, March 27th, and NO ONE has reached out to me. Hence to 2 stars. It would've been higher if communication and promptness with Kekoa could've been better. I would be wary of using an "off island" company like ProVision.
