Love the staff! They have taught my twins since they were 2 and they feel comfortable there. Very good staff and very attentive to the kids.

My son enjoys going to school here and loves his teachers. He has learned a lot in the program.

If I could give zero stars I would This place is so unprofessional and has absolutely no experience…read morein caring for children. They have no interest in taking care of little ones. They have absolutely no genuine care and concern for anyone's child. Their main concern is money! They give the impression that they have the level of competency to nurture any child as long as they are not a danger to the other children. Our son was not a danger to anyone in that facility and this baby sitters club terminated him after 3 hours. They could not give us any clarification on why they terminated him. Only that he was crying and wandering off in the hallways. They also told us he acted like a toddler. When he is in fact a TODDLER! Whom was born before the pandemic and has never been away from his parents. They insinuated that something was wrong with our child while our child has never had any issues and has never been diagnosed with anything. Absolutely refused to give us our tuition back. I would have respected them if they could have taken a professional meeting with us. Please Beware! They are continuously enrolling because they have very little children and staff left! Oh and this is a Real Review! I know the owner keeps commenting stating none of these reviews are real. Oh yes BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

We had our 3-year-old child there and it was more of a daycare than a Pre-"school". I don't mind…read moreit, but I'm paying $1000+ for a pre-SCHOOL, not a daycare. My child had learned their ABCs and could count to 20 before we sent them there, but they regressed while there. The playground's soft foundation is chopped-up car tires which make the children filthy and possibly toxic ( https://ecochildsplay.com/2008/08/13/how-safe-is-your-childs-playground-recycled-tire-cushioning-poses-health-concerns/ ) The teacher and staff were all friendly, but walking into the classroom seeing the kids watching a small tablet playing cartoons is not what I want my child to do for $1000+/month. If that's what you want for your child, spend away.

Our director and assistant director were available and on campus if anything came up. The building is safe, children are encouraged to explore and learn. The curriculum is nationwide so it is wonderful for families who need to move and don't want to miss anything. I worked morning hours and I drive the "Percy" bus to pick up our school age kids and bring them over for aftercare. I have a teaching degree and so did my cooperating teachers. It is not required that you have a degree but it helps. We didn't have kids at the time but I would bring my 2 little ones to primrose of Riverwoods now if we needed childcare.

We will just play basketball today! gotta make lemonade!! I ask permission to play the front desk lady agrees (Laura? Lauren? older woman with thick grey and black curly hair) she lets us pick out ball and we head in she stops us and says if anyone else comes we have to leave (I'm thinking sure a team we'll go but...anyone?? and we have to leave? Whatever I'm making lemonade!!) after watching and making faces at us, calling another coworker over discussing me and my daughter in front of us... then she comes in and tells me we have to go, because we're shooting the ball and actually playing instead of rolling the ball back and forth?? My daughter who is having SO MUCH FUN getting her energy out was never in danger. I believe the rep overstepped her bounds from YMCA into parenting. Don't we all want kids off iPads and actually engaging? Very disappointing. She should have either told us no to playing or advised us that injury wouldn't be their responsibility. Accidents can happen anywhere that's why it's important to play! Play teaches children to move their body use their hands and be better suited for avoiding danger.
