He does not respond timely (days go on before he responds, if at all). He speaks with represented parties, breaching Vermont conduct rules for attorneys. He plays games, claiming his clients request or approve something, gets you to draft forms and then never responds to you. Manipulative. Said his clients wanted an extension - used this as an excuse to get our camp to draw up an extension, sent it to his office just to be ignored and never signed, letting the P&S expire. His clients never closed on the parcel, he requested we draft a hold harmless and they will release the deposit since they held up the sale and had us take the property off market for several months and did not close. We drafted this and sent it over per their request (he obviously expected us to sign it first so they had a copy of it and then not return it with his clients' signatures thereby having a hold harmless for them and then not allow the deposit to be released - sorry Birmingham that did not work!) but it was never returned and we were ignored when we requested it multiple times. He likes to play head games and waste time for all involved. We are now moving forth with litigation and a formal complaint against his office.

We recently had a child relocation and parenting plan case…read more The case was difficult as the other party did not approve our relocation and did not agree with our parenting plan adjustment due to our relocation. The only way to relocate is to seek court approval. All we want is a relocation approval and a fair parenting plan. So we hired Rebecca as our attorney to represent us in the court. She gathered all evidence and presented it to the judge during court hearing. She manage a well organized and systematical presentation to the judge during the court hearing. It was an excellent work. She managed to convinced the judge that the relocation is an excellent opportunity for the child to have a brighter future due to a better school and environment as well as a more variety of future jobs when she grow up. A few weeks after the court hearing, we received a court order approving our relocation as well as our parenting plan without any modification.
