This church is a wonderful place for young people and anyone older looking to mentor people. This is not an in and out kind of church, this is a church that wants to involve everyone and make everyone feel known. This church is known for the outreach they do in the community, truly practicing what they preach. This is the church you're looking for if you're looking for raw, messy, true faith. It's not a feel good place, but one will talk about the real issues that we all relate to and need grace for. Everyone here will make you feel welcomed no matter what background you come from.

Need a larger size kneeling pews also rather than small kneeling pew. My knees are too sore in a very small size kneeling pews. There are some occasions, I loose my balance while I kneel. 2. ). Too many reading brochures up on the walls. They look like marketing promotions instead of a preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. That's what I believe in one holy and apostolic church is about. 3.) the priest needs to remind church goers during his sermons, that chattering too loud after mass is too noisy . There are still people praying after the mass. Chattering altogether and too loud becomes like a market place and forgetting our Father- God is holy at the foot of the altar. This kind of acts is Dis-honoring God Almighty.. 4,). Confessional room is cluttered with many belongings which don't belong to church anymore. . they look like a Costco warehouse instead of holy confessional room. Would be nice if oratory clean up today. 5.). Some church goers attires are inappropriate. The priest must Remind men and women of their dress codes at his sermons . Remind them that to give reverence inside the house of holy God not to wear dress attires as if like going outdoor sports events or to the beach. 6.) . Holy Water font needs fresh clean water. I saw rusts discolorations and corrosions on water fonts. It's health hazard 7.). The priest should remind in his sermons, that only ordained priest or ordained men or altar boys to come in and to come out at the foot of the holy altar. Some Ladies get in the habit of coming in and coming out from the foot of the altar is obviously no regard, no reverends That God is very holy . 8.) oratory has novena prayers in prayer groups before holy mass is every Wednesdays, would be also be benefit holy if oratory offers novena prayers everyday? 9. ) Daily Confessions always opened in oratory before mass begins. Oratory championed the sacrament of penance in the bay area. 10.) crying room and gift shop is neat and very clean. 11. ). Cannot hear the priest words well during sermons and during epistle, gospels and homilies, perhaps oratory Needs a new microphone so I can hear the priest clearly .. 12.). I find it hard to read my text prayer books in oratory. Their lights are old fluorescent lamps like the 1950's and not the new LED lights. Overall, oratory offers high latin mass where the priest faces the holy altar and gives communion in tongues. This act of charity is holy and acceptable to God the All-mighty. Amen.

Social distancing, sanitizer when you enter, There are no hymn books or mass reading catalogs but they are displaying them onto screens for you to view and read along. Super helpful! This is actually something we'd prefer even if Covid was not an issue. As for getting the communion, the priests and deacons are sanitizing their hands prior to passing them out. They are all wearing masks and well also give you a blessing if you still are unsure about taking the communion. Overall, it is a great experience and we will definitely be coming back to make this our permanent spot. We were comfortable, the vibe was extremely upbeat and all of the parishioners were super friendly.

In that sense, it's clear that the church is rooted in Scripture and worship. However, from my personal experience, community was a downside. When I attended a couple of years ago, I found the church to feel somewhat "cliquey," with groups already formed, which made it difficult to connect. I eventually stepped away because I value genuine community where efforts to build friendships are reciprocated. Fast forward two years later, I found myself still struggling to form meaningful connections within the church. While worship and sermons are vital, community is also a huge part of church life, and unfortunately, I didn't feel welcomed or included. For that reason, I've decided to move on and find a place where I can both grow spiritually and feel connected relationally. No hard feelings at all, I truly wish Bold Church the best and hope they continue to grow in building deeper community. It just wasn't the right fit for me.
