Loving the renovations since my last review. Admittedly I'm yet to dine in on one of the many tables which are now provided for customers. It's tempting though, perhaps next time I'm passing by :) read more

From the initial consultation to my final financial advice meeting, they answered my endless questions with patient and thorough responses, and were readily available via email or phone anytime I had questions outside of in-person meetings. I highly, highly recommend these financial advisors to anyone, of any age, looking to make informed decisions about their financial future. If I had known there were unbiased professionals of this calibre located in Adelaide, I would have started my financial planning process significantly earlier. Do yourself a favor and contact Precision Wealth Advisors today for any and all financial needs!

They respond extremely promptly to emails and are always reachable when required with finance enquiries, which is beyond important when it comes to your finances. The Statement of Assessment is fantastic and provides us with great guidance and reassurance. We recommend these guys to everyone and are so happy we will be growing our finances with them until we retire :)
Travel Money OZ - Rundle Mall

Whenever I need to get said cash, I come here. Why? Because every time I come here people are ridiculously nice and that makes such a difference when you're making a sizeable purchase. The guys in store here will happily chat away, ask about your holiday, give you advice about currency trends and more as well as give you advice about what to do with currency you bring back. If you need USD for your trip to Myanmar or Cambodia they'll rush off and get their 'nicest' looking USD and make sure you know to have the crispest looking bills for the trip and not to take back scrunched up bills as you'll struggle to exchange them. Heading somewhere else? Give them a rough price point and they'll dole out the bills in a nice even mix of denominations so when you go, you've got an even mix. I've been to other places to get cash, and no one has been as friendly as the guys here, yes there is the element of up-selling you their cash passport or insurance, but these options are worth thinking about if you haven't already got them. They also boast no commissions, however very few places do that any more (except for major banks). Great customer service makes all the difference!

If I could have given it 3 and a half I would have. The staff here are great. There is have enough room to form a proper queue. They have a separate area for business transfactions with a proper enquiries desk. None of this ticket machine crap that's everywhere nowadays (although I am sure it will come soon enough) you just walk in, get in the line and wait to be called. You can even enjoy whatever is on their plasma screen tv facing the line while you wait. You have a query you go to the enquiries desk, and talk to a person who can either help you or get the right person to be able to help. That's why I love this branch of ANZ more than some others - oh, just had to put them back up one star again after writing this part - it's the old fashioned real style customer service. That's what it's all about. Why they want to change from this style to make them less user friendly is beyond me.

This BP is fine, there's nothing wrong with it, but it's not the best BP in the world. It offers a pretty good range of food (including a small refrigerated section for dairy, cheese, etc) and random non-food things that you didn't know you needed till you are there (think firestarter, insect repellent, engine oil). There is a full-service Subway inside the store, but the Wok-in-a-Box is no longer. It's been replaced by BP's own "cafe" that offers a ton of pies, pastries, and other bakery-style food on display in glass cases. I have never been brave enough to try something from one of those cases, so this review does not apply them. The cafe workers do make a pretty good coffee though. Finally, this BP does have an onsite carwash that is nice and new, and offers different levels of wash ranging from $10 to (I think) $35. Since my car was born in 1996, I generally don't venture much above the $14.95 mark on those.

I have also been offered cake on at least two occasions recently that I have been in here: Talk about good old fashioned service! The bank must really look after the staff here because they seem to really enjoy their job. It is also comforting to hear a Scottish accent in a bank because you know your money is being well looked after. I have also had occasion to go in and talk to specialist staff about accounts for my children and financial services when overseas and other such things. Each time the staff have gone above and beyond to help out and are really interested in hearing all about the travel plans. The staff seem to have first hand experience of travel ling and financial requirements and recommendations.
