She had been without coverage for two weeks. They claim they mailed notice but one was never received. In 32 years she has had 3 claims all of which were legitimate. So when she went to renew she was refused. The new premium increased $2,500 annually. It seems as though Wright Gardner was looking for an opportunity to drop my mother. One would think after 32 years and a policy is going to be cancelled it would warrant at least a phone call. The office personnel had no empathy which made it even worse!!!!

I work in IT so I know how to check the spam folders. I called back and spoke with Tom directly and asked him if he could send me a copy of my policy. He was unhelpful and stated that he does not keep old sent emails. Seeing how he wanted to get rid of me overthephone, I then asked him if I could get another copy of my policy via email. He said he would have to write up another email in the most annoyed tone and stated that "he could send me an email, but would not know what he would put in there." Basically he did not want to help. Few minutes later he said good bye without providing me with any assitance. I've switched my insurance company since then. I would not recommend this guy.
