After meeting with Insurance First, we became educated on just how bad the builder's recommendation was. Once we moved all of our insurance over, we feel much better given the coverage and understand the documentation. The agent also took the time to explain what an umbrella policy is, how affordable it is and the peace of mind that comes with it. We now actually have more coverage (and an umbrella policy to boot) and it cost less than the other companies we used for home, car and personal articles policies combined.
