During that hour, I went to look for a shirt. And I came upon the nicest looking 'upscale urban' shop on the block. It's a nice looking place, kind of the expected look for a place selling Ed Hardy / Christian Audigier / 7 Diamonds / etc. You know the 300 dollar shirt brands. There was a nice fellow on his mobile who stopped his conversation to attend to me. He definitely helped though, he was chatting a bit with his friend but asked me for my size, got me a few different shirts in black, set up the mirror for me. He did his thing and was very amicable the whole time. I picked a all black button down with a gray applique and some embroidery for sixty [am I a cheapskate or is that a bit much?]. Paid with my card, as helped by what appeared to be the owner, she was busy but nice too. If you want to spend on 150 dollar jeans and 100 dollar shirts, by all means come here. His son is the owner. I did tell him the brand I wear and I looked at one pair. As fast as I wear out shoes the prices are way out of my range. I attempted return the shoe in store since Foot Locker has "Fit Guarantee promise." I spoke with the sales associate, Mark, who said that they could not do a return in-store since I ordered it online--which is not true. Instead, he said he would need to ship it back to corporate, and said I needed to call customer service to have the refund processed. He wouldn't call corporate on my behalf and said there was no receipt for me to keep after they shipped the shoe back. After calling corporate while in the store, and waiting for over 12 minutes to speak to a live customer service agent, he redeemed himself by talking to his supervisor and finally processed the return in-store. Unfortunately, the shipping fee was not returned, despite Foot Locker's online promise. I will not be coming back to Foot Locker.

Our kids both have probation, and Jenny and Robbie did an outstanding job showing us the various shoe options they would be good for the kids. The prices are reasonable considering they have their own store brand manufactured for them. The fact that the shoes are "custom" and help straighten out a manner in which one walks is great. They also sell the custom shoes for adults too. We highly recommend this business. I may even return for a pair of shoes for myself in the future.
