Can I rate this place as a -5????? Worst service I've ever had in my life!! I wanted to do business here because I thought it was more local, but I regret it. I called the store ahead of time to make sure they blew up balloons & the woman on the phone acted like I was an idiot. I continued to go into the store, because sometimes communication over the phone isn't so well. I had a couple packs of balloons & needed them aired up for the next day. (keep in mind that I didn't need to pick up these balloons until the next day) As soon as we took the balloons out of the bag she had a bad attitude and wouldn't stop checked her watch. We asked her if the balloons could fit in our car and she did not respond, instead she continued to look at her watch angrily. Then she said "I'm not worried about if they'll fit in your car. What I'm worried about is that we close in two hours. Can't you see that I'm the only person working?" (also keep in mind that it is September. I'm not sure who is rushing to get costumes in September). So we repeated that there was no rush & that we didn't need to pick up the balloons until the next day. She continued to argue with us, so we took our balloons and went to Party City where they greeted us with smiling faces and positive words! read more
