They do not use a high pressure stream of water that you see many doing which I believe could ruin the cement with such a HIGH pressure. What they do is use a round Orbiter Floor Machine and it cleans even better since their pad/brush actually touches the cement which cleans better since it touches the cement instead of a high pressure want squirting water out. They have been out twice now. FANTASTIC job. Looks like new cement. I will have them do my siding of my house next time. They arrived in the time that they said to and got done quickly.
