This lawncare company zooms around on their zero…read moreturn mowers without regard for the neighbors of their clients since they mow at great speed over the rock landscaping in the yards they mow. This company broke two vehicle windshields of mine. The first time was last October. Josh initially apologized and said his wife would call to take care of it. That was a lie because she never called. When I finally managed to catch her on the phone, she refused to submit my claim because she didn't want her insurance rates to go up. Moreover, her local insurance agent never called me back either. When they broke my windshield again this April, Josh was verbally abusive and called me crazy. The home owner apologized for Josh's behavior. However, once again, the local insurance agent never called me back--he was always in a meeting and would call back. LIES! I had to report my loss to the National office of his insurance company and am still trying to fully resolve my claim. Choose a different lawn company that actually cares about their clients and is professional and responsible.
