This is nonsense and terrible customer service. Don't go to this place I'm tired of putting in the effort to resolve whatever issue has happened with my membership since I have not been there since 2023. But now I'm getting hit with collections. A little customer service would be nice or somebody who can actually answer the phone instead of just an automated message calling me and when I try to call the listed number it rings and nobody answers.

It's seems they are more worried about $ than building a quality gym in Gaffney. Maintaining the equipment is a must but it seems that's not a priority with the ownership anymore. It's open 24 hours a day for anyone. It's not safe to be in there alone, anybody member or not can walk in anytime. This afternoon my wife and I attended a birthday/swim party for our middle grandson here. It was…read moreour first time and we didn't know what to expect. The whole process from where to enter to the exit and everything in between was perfectly handled by the YMCA staff . They didn't miss a beat! All of the kids had about an hour and a half to swim before it was time to eat cupcakes and various snacks and watch the birthday boy opening presents. The YMCA didn't hold my daughter to an exact number of kids she could invite so there were quite a number in attendance. This was a super great experience and it's a great place for a birthday party!
