I didn't receive the 10 tons what I received was less. David (owner) whom never called me directly advised his secretary that the load was weighed but couldn't tell me at what time? According to my time automated receipt they did the loading weighing in less than 20 minutes plus the 15 minutes to get to my land., wrong this driver was at another location close to my property and whatever he had left that's what was brought to me. Will not recommend this place to no one of my neighbors nor the school I work at. Pictures to show what was left then advised his secretary to tell me if I didn't think it was the 10 ton to take it to him? Recommend that if you are buying here stay there and look at the scale.

Last month, I called the cell phone number on the flyer 281-912-7000, and Mayo promptly answered the phone, asked me to send my address via text message, and was at my house the same day. He gave me a quote "on the spot" with no written/drawn design/sketch. However, after I told him what I wanted, he assured me I would be happy with the final product. His quote was 1/2 the price of one I had received from another competitor. I took a chance with no written quote (just a verbal/agreed-upon quote). Mayo and his crew worked hard for days (It was a big job!) and gave me the front yard landscaping I had been expecting. He was honest, his design was professional, and the plants are beautiful. His flyer stated he accepted credit cards; but he told me he only accepted a check. That was really my only complaint, as I prefer to use credit cards for extra protection if I'm not happy with the product/services. Nevertheless, I would recommend Mayo's. His flyer states "100% satisfaction guaranteed," and that he offers: grass installation, moss rock and soil, fences, tree removal, flower bed clean-up and design and irrigation system and repair. Can't go wrong with a hard working man with a heart for others. He gave me a more than reasonable bid and sent his team out to work on Wednesday as Snowpocalypse 2025 wound down. They went straight to work, trimming the big trees and removed the two problematic trees within a couple of hours. They grinded stumps and removed all the debris and were personable throughout.
