This guy is amazing! Friendly, communicative, speedy and efficient service. My laptop suddenly started making really loud and strange noises anytime I tried to use it and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. At first I thought that maybe it was some kind of malware after letting my kid use it for his games. I can't say enough about how great of an experience I had. Cleaned up my two laptops which are now so much quicker and helped me link all of my printers to them. I am extremely disappointed with work and professionalism of Mr. Higgins who is the owner of this "business." This may be the one of the first reviews of any type I have ever written which demonstrates my disappointment. I hired Mr. Higgins to come to my office to clean up the wires to my office pc which and mount the wiring. I have two screens. He did the work which took approx. 11/2 hrs of which I paid more than $200. I leave my office and come back a few days later and one of my two monitors are not working. When I contacted Mr. Higgins, he became very defensive. He wanted to charge me his full rate again which I thought should be discounted; not free. He said get someone else and just hung up on me. In my opinion, that is very, very unprofessional. read more

Running your own business means you got to wear a lot of hats. The tech/IT hat isn't one of them for me. Even simple things like syncing up gmail accounts and connecting printers i have a hard time with. Andrew is a knowledge and personable computer professional. I had a complex software conflict on my computer that prevented my printer to work, as well as networking issues.
