We spoke over the phone and had one meeting where we both agreed on a $400 deposit (and pay the balance later), in return she was going to help me plan my dream wedding. It was very easy to get ahold of her before I paid her but as soon as she had my deposit the phone calls stopped being answered and the emails went unreplied. I'm the type of person where if I pay you for services I like to be treated as if I'm a priority. After numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails I finally had enough and sought out another company. When Suzanne finally got around to returning my calls she asked how everything was going so I told her not well, I didn't feel like a priority and wasn't happy with her services. I said I would appreciate a full refund seeing how she had done absolutely no work for me. She was quick to say no, that the deposit was non refundable and since my wedding was "4 months away" she didn't see my attempts to contact her "urgent" her words exactly. I don't know about you but I believe as soon as the money was exchanged we should have gotten to work. She should not be able to decide who is and who isn't important. If my wedding was too far away for her to deem it "urgent" then she should have had the decency to tell me that before I paid her $400. Or at LEAST returned one of my MANY attempts to contact her to let me know she hadn't forgotten me, but was busy with upcoming weddings. I'm a very understanding person but I do not like being ignored especially when you have been paid to do a job. My advice to anyone considering using her services, make sure she thinks you're wedding is important and close enough that she is willing to start working on it. I got married last weekend, March 19th 2016. And no thanks to Suzanne, had a perfect day! DO NOT USE HER.

My wedding was in Fairhope but I was in Tuscaloosa finishing up grad school, recently diagnosed with a chronic illness, which meant planning was much more hands off than I had originally hoped. However, Jenna learned enough about what my husband and I cared about and envisioned for our wedding weekend and she went above and beyond anything we could have come up with. She was an incredible listener and always efficient. Jenna is a true PRO / event planning GENIUS and she will make your wedding dreams come to life within your budget and timeframe!!!!
