There was an older lady who answered the phone and sounded very irritable. I asked her what time the arrangement would be delivered and she said the order had not come through yet. I had already received an email with an order number, which I gave her. She insisted that the "order had not come through yet". She must have found it and proceeded to tell me the order was the smaller arrangement not the one pictured. I know what I bought. That was not the question. I said, "ma'am, I just need to know if it will be delivered in the morning." She said, "yes, it will be there." I said thank you and she replied, "umm hmm."
